Found a bug- The advanced filtering hopper looses it's settings when it becomes unloaded. When you return to the chunk the items that were used to set the filter are gone.
Gany, have you thought about making an infinite item maker, thingy, like the creative fluid thingy?

For some reason some ender furnace recipes just stop working.
They work for a few runs and then it doesnt work anymore.
Default and custom recipes.
EG: Wither Skull to Star, Dragon to Egg, and the Any two heads to ender pearls.
Could you try these in this order for me:
-Break and re-place the ender furnace
-Try on a different Ender Furnace
-Does re-logging fixes it?
-Aprox. how many times does it run until the recipe stops working?

Just tested the 1.8.4 version and the advanced filtering hoppers (the ones that allow 5 items to be selected) are still loosing their setting when the chunk unloads. All of the single item hoppers retain their settings fine. I've been able to overcome the problem on the server I play on by using something to force loads the chunk they are in.
Love the mod, especially the block and entity shifters.
Keep up the great work! Hope your able to fix the hoppers with the next release.

It clearly says there's a duplicated enchantment ID. That means that there's two enchants with the same ID.
Most likely the enchant added by gany's end and one of the enchants added by ArsMagica2, check the config file and change the value around until it's not crashing anymore.

I am unable to figure out what the ender furnace can actually do -- I cannot figure out the images there.
I'm also a bit concerned about balance and mod interaction. Normally, you cannot get end stone until after you kill the dragon, so end stone is automatically an end-game item. But as soon as Mystcraft (or other mods) are involved, end stone can be as common as dirt.
The variations on the hopper (speedy, improved filtering -- gad, the hopper needs better filtering) are nice. Tools that automatically teleport what they harvest to safety? I'm not so sure about that. The images for crafting the enderium tools show three different shades of ender ingots. Is that intentional -- are there three different types, or is that just a graphical issue?
An ender chest that does not require silk touch or spare eyes to move? That really seems out of line for vanilla -- moving ender chests generally doesn't make sense compared to just making new ones.
I noticed that most of the powerful items use Eye of Ender in their recipe. Yet I've never found ender pearls to be hard to get (at least in small quantities), and your nether mod makes blaze rods as easy to farm as sugar cane.
(In regard to a mod that gives realistic animal genetics):
Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?

So any time no matter where you are, if your inventory fills up and you have a vanilla Ender Chest or an Ender Bag with you you can just shove everything in them and they'll be pulled on the other side from the Anchored Ender Chest ^^
