I've got 10 ideas if you are accepting them:
1). 3 tiers of lawn mowers:
A). The normal lawn mower that would activate when touched by a zombie, and would go straight and kill any undead in its way. Would disappear when running into a block or falling into water.
.(Pardon the emoticon) The pool cleaner would activate in the same way, yet will only go so far when on land, but would kill all undead in water. Would disappear if running into a block or traveling too far on land.
C).The roof cleaner would activate the same exact way, this would be different though because it can move up 1 block, but not 2 blocks. Would disappear when falling more than 1 block or when falling into water.
2). Leaves should be able to be walked through, but slows you down like cob webs. Or, you could add naturally spawning bushes that you can get that would be like cob webs, yet only a bush.
3). You should also add a type of potted plant that would be something like a flower pot mixed with dirt and you can put any types of plants in them.
4). Coffee beans to make shrooms shoot at the undead during daytime would be awesome.
5). If you could make it where plants could be placed on lily pads without bugging out.
6). Walnuts would be plants with high health that could prevent movement.
7). White picket fences.
8). Gravestones that would spawn zombies every minute (or so)
9). Rakes that you can place anywhere that would kill the mob that steps on it. (Single-use though)
10). Screen-door zombies. Can only be hurt from behind and sides, but can damage and break the door.
I hope you can get some inspiration from this and hopefully get a few of these ideas implemented. Great job on the mod though!!! Really awesome!!!
Alright guys, so my hard drive was erased the other day, so I will have to start from scratch with everything. So yea..... It's going to be a bit, especially with everything else starting back up. The current mod versions are still in Dropbox, but new content will not be here for a while. :'(

Issue: The 2.2 version for Minecraft 1.6.2 doesn't work for multiplayer LAN servers...is this supposed to be?
(I downloaded 2.2, since crafting recipes in 2.3 don't seem to work)
We both downloaded the same version (2.2) and I host. On the other computer, it states that the various item ID's (791, 777, etc) are missing from mod CountryGamer etc. and they can't join in. But they have the same exact mod.

Thanks for that. Up until that I had no plans to continue Now I know it is something to work on, as soon as I can get into contact with my old textured or a new one. I did, and I will occasionally be looking back to that for ideas ;D

It could be that it is just being funny. You could just try creating a test map to see if it works. On server multiplayer, I know things were not working with mobs/entities. This will be fixed and will be server compatible when I get around to rewriting from scratch.
Is there any possibility of changing the spawn rates of the zombies in general in the config? So many spawn at once to the point of my game coming to a crawl-worthy fps of 2 when normally I'm at a clean 160.
I can change the spawn time between waves, but that's the only solution I see right now. I hope you change this soon, I really like the mod.
I will add this to the next version when I can rewrite the mod.

There's a couple things you can try. First, check to make sure you don't have a config file for an old version. Easiest way to do that is just delete all the configs for this mod, restart the game, and edit the settings back to how you had it. Another work-around that has worked for my husband and I is before connecting to the LAN, have the other player log into a single player game. They then leave that game to join yours. It's a weird bug we get with Magic Launcher sometimes, so if that's what you're using give it a shot.

You should just be able to take out of the mods folder in the mc directory
Put the zip that is downloaded into the mods directory that is created after you install forge
