What do you use to smelt things in the Aether? I can't seem to get Gravetite smelted!
You use an altar (Previously called 'enchanter'). It is made by putting one Zanite gemstone in the center of a crafting bench and then surrounding it with holystone (Basically like a furnace, except with the Zanite in the center).
Also, I have a suggestion for this mod. Well, to begin with, I can't help but to notice that the dungeon setup resembles the dungeoneering setup on Runescape (Not a bad thing :P. Actually a nice setup). Is it possible to add single player dungeons? That would be fun, considering none of my friends have a good computer or even knows how to install a mod.
I installed it the same exact way my friend did and it still doesn't work.

Do you have Player API and Render Player API ?
Also, use forge 7.7.2.689
The official aether servers 1-3 are not working for me can anyone help me out? Yet 4-16 work fine with the occasinal failed to verify username problem.
Perhaps a few people will know whats wrong. So far the mod has been running fine for he most part for me. I have yet to have a crash. My issue, however, is the game starts to choke uncontrollably.
For the most part I get above 100FPS, into the 200 and 300's at times. After about 10-15 minutes of playing in singleplayer (have yet to go on a server), the game begins to choke. I get good FPS for about 5-10 second, followed by a 1-2 second lock up. It repeats that process until I completely close out of Minecraft, and relaunch it.
This has made fighting bosses painfully hard.
I was running with nothing but this mod installed, and it did this.
I then installed Rei's minimap and optifine. It still continued to choke.
I use Magic launcher, and have allocated 8GBs of RAM towards it as the simple 2GB's no longer cut it when using this mod, as Minecraft's memory usage shoots into the 4GB range at times.
Any one know how to stop the choking? Or is the choking happening for everyone else?
The mods great! But theres a few bugs, and it says to report 'em... So... Heres mah bug report:
Bug 1#: When a bunny is on your head, then you kill it (Say, with the lightning sword.) the slow-falling effect will still work. (As if the bunny was still on your head)
Bug 2#: A lot of the times, when trying to "Q" (Drop) an item, or when dieing, sometimes the items will just disappear and not drop.
Bug 3#: Sometimes when you equip a cape, the cape itself won't show up for others or yourself.
Bug 4#: When placing Quicksoil Glass next to a wall, sometimes it will allow you to see through the wall.
whenever i try to join a official server it says "Failed to verify username [internal error java.net.SocketException: connection reset]
please help me i really want to play on the server!!!!

When you get this message, the server you're trying to connect to is most likely offline, or you are.
I agree too, but sometimes things are so insignificant, they aren't worth correcting. But I will not deny others the freedom to do so.
