Welcome to Meincraft! Not a typo (Previously named Asian Food Mod)
Mein is the Chinese word for noodles. My friend and I, ever since Minecraft Beta 1.6/7, we wanted to make a mod. We thought that it would be funny to create a mod that looked like a typo, so we came up with Meincraft. All we wanted to do was to add noodles to the game, and call the mod Meincraft! So, a year or two later, I have finally completed the dream!
In This Mod There Are A Lot Of New Features Added To The Game.
There Are
Beans
Noodles
Rice (Several Different Types)
Sushi(Several Different Types)

Mod Review (Slightly Outdated) (Uses My old account)
Install Forge first. Then, extract the Asian Food mod files to somewhere convenient. Type %appdata%.minecraftbin in the start menu, and hit enter. Open up minecraft.jar with either WinRAR or 7zip. Drag the extracted files into the jar file. Profit!
The name of this mod made me laugh, since it's both a type of Minecraft and it reminds me of Meinfoo & Meinshao (Two Pokemon). Maybe if you have some skill on mob making, you could add them in the mod or something.
Oh, if you're still here. you could make it for version 1.7.2 or something, or maybe let somebody update this.

I feed off changelogs.
Asking for updates is spam. Really.
I make some mods that are pathetically slow to update. Join in on the wait here and here.
