Don't know if this is a bug or a problem on my end, but it seems Thermal Expansion 2.4.2.0 with CoFH Core 1.5.2.1 doesn't recognise the newly released ComputerCraft 1.5.3 (for MineCraft 1.5.2). As a result the TE turtles are not available and they don't show up in NEI.
CC API was updated - TE needs to update to include the new API. That's the problem with being interdependent on so many other mods.
If it's causing crashing / errors then just disable the CC module in TE until the update is released... Some time after KingLemmingCoFH stops his inevitable griping about having to release another non-new-feature update

Fortunately I haven't encountered any crashes or errors as a result, so it looks to be only a very minor issue.
Your mods are prehistoric. Update. Also, we seriously cannot replicate that.
can you help me? i installed thermal expansion and all i get is this:

Okay .... oh, and "discovered" that if you forget to load OptiFine or something similar, the cape won't appear at all if its HD.... egg on my face....
Later .... Peace ....
Not true at all - HD capes work fine without Optifine. The cape in the OP is without Optifine. Forge includes all of the performance tweaks and supports textures up to 128x - there just isn't a reason for Optifine anymore.

Something's wrong: with or without Optifine, I'm not seeing a cape, and I even used your template as a test. What could I be doing wrong? I'm using version 1.5.1.5, on MultiMC, with no really funky Mods (though Extra Utilities works amazingly well with TE)....

I may or may not play GT. I also might be playing it with TiC. Some Metallurgy and ExtraTiC could be in the mix too. I might have also dropped in some TE as well. Some AE and BC could possibly be on the list. And I maybe- just maybe - there's NEI to assist in short-term memory loss that I may or may not have.

CTM, Custom font, and better glass are the only reasons I still use Optifine. If forge could include those, I would drop Opticrap in a heartbeat. Still, even with Optifine installed I'm having 0 issues with capes or skins. Love that you added these.
Redstone Energy Cells keep losing their energy even when ALL machines have no work to do,
and they all have full power in their power meter and All magmatic engines are off.
I turned off everything that would need energy. but for some reason im finding that the energy cells deplete energy anyways.
Any reason for this .?
Does the Energy Cell degrade over time when not in use.?
Do machines use energy even when not in use.?
My setup is as follows, ==>> Magmatic engines > to Energy Cells > Machines
I have ALL machines lined up and they all do not have any jobs and they are all full of power.
I would believe that if no jobs are being done, energy cells would not export any energy until a machine is being used.
I found this out by having everything turned off and went to the other side of the world (across the ocean)
To village hunt and some mining along the way along with other tasks.
and when I came back home to find out that, ALL 4 of my Energy Cells where empty

You have something else on your system draining energy. Cells do not lose energy over time.
Yes. Fill the rolling machine up with power and then disconnect it and watch the energy bar on its GUI. It will slowly lose all the energy.
Ok, thank you at least im not going nuts here...lol
I guess I will have to breakdowwn the machine after every use.
Having to come home to find out you have no power, well you know the rest
Is it possible that you can implement some kind of Redstone Conduit & Liquiduct coloring using Dye's
Sometimes, I need to connect pipes that are close to each other, and being able to seperate them via Dye color
would work wonders in tight spaces.
Found something weird,
If you loop a Restone Conduit to a Full Energy Cell, the energy cell loses energy.
with no machines attached and Energy cell maxed at full.
Pretty Weird...lol
So basically if you are working in very close quarters, make sure you dont have the input redstone conduits touch other conduits that are outputting from the energy cell, because it will drain the energy cell,
even if you are not using any machines.
Inputs and outputs of the redstone conduits cant touch each other while connected to energy cells.
otherwise you will lose energy on that cell.

Okay .... oh, and "discovered" that if you forget to load OptiFine or something similar, the cape won't appear at all if its HD.... egg on my face....
Later ....

Windows 7 x64-bit SP-1 - MC v1.7.10 - Forge 10.13.4.1517 - CodeChickenCore v1.0.7.47 - NEI v1.0.5.118 - (MultiMC v5.0.4.8)
You have something else on your system draining energy. Cells do not lose energy over time.
I detached each machine one by one to figure out what is going on.
Only to find out that the culprit is the "Rolling Machine"
even after severing the line from the energy cells,
ALL machines maintain their power grid except the rolling machine,...
Does the Rolling Machine constantly need power even when not in use.?
Windows 7 x64-bit SP-1 - MC v1.7.10 - Forge 10.13.4.1517 - CodeChickenCore v1.0.7.47 - NEI v1.0.5.118 - (MultiMC v5.0.4.8)
PS:>
Thanks for bringing back DenPipes
Question for: KingLemmingCoFH
Is it possible that you can implement some kind of Redstone Conduit & Liquiduct coloring using Dye's
Sometimes, I need to connect pipes that are close to each other, and being able to seperate them via Dye color
would work wonders in tight spaces.
thanks
Windows 7 x64-bit SP-1 - MC v1.7.10 - Forge 10.13.4.1517 - CodeChickenCore v1.0.7.47 - NEI v1.0.5.118 - (MultiMC v5.0.4.8)
Inputs and outputs of the redstone conduits cant touch each other while connected to energy cells.
otherwise you will lose energy on that cell.
lol

You're still on 1.4.7. That is expected behavior.
