Ever want to put your stacks of Rotten Flesh to use? Well, now you can with Rotten Flesh to Leather. This mod adds the ability to smelt rotten flesh into perfectly usable leather. This mod complements the backpack mod very well.Installation:
Properly download and install Forge for the appropriate version of minecraft.
Navigate to your .minecraft folder. Usually located in : C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
Drag and drop the .zip file below into the mods folder.
You're done!
Once installed, you can enjoy making use of your otherwise useless rotten flesh.

I dont mean to be rude to point out the obvious, but the modder from the thread you provided had abandoned the mod from 1.4.7, and this here is 1.5.1.
To the modder, without you, I wouldnt know what to do with my stacks of rotten flesh, and my need for leathers. So, on behalf of those who use your mod, thank you, sincerely.

Hey, thanks for the support! I noticed the old thread as well, but it wasn't updated, so I made an update for 1.5.1. I've got an idea of something else to do with rotten flesh, but it'll take some time for me to get around to actually making it - as I have classes that take priority. Until then, enjoy the rotten flesh to leather.
