I prefer to use IC2, so I hope that you will retain IC2 compatibility, as I am more familiar with that mod. I understand that the mod will lean towards Universal Electrically as it is the API that you are more familiar with. Anyways, good luck with developing the mod and working out issues!

It will always have IC2 support as long as it is available.
Now that you have control of this mod maybe you can undo some of the changes thunderdark made. This monazit ore is needless. You cant even use the fields without hooking them up to some kind of power source so it just doesnt make any sense to me why they cant just like, use the power Im feeding them to do what they are supposed to do.

Yeah you can now create force energy out of lapis lazuli.
Really? In place of forcicium? That doesnt sound right... I just want a worthwhile justification (other than just to be doing it) for taking the time and effort to build the infastructure to generate massive amounts of power which just isnt necessary to run a few little machines like what I use. Something that is suitably high tech and impressive like a massive invisible wall that kills everyone who is not me. And I want it to run off of the power system I build to support it and not require constant management beyond that point.

You could... use mass fabricator to make lapis.
I'll provide a way to generate fortron power out of nothing, but it will be really expensive/inefficient compared to using an actual fuel source.

its forcefields, theyre supposed to be expensive. You cant just hook up a 9V battery and have a pure repulsive, impenetrable, concentrated, controlled layer of pure energy

Yeh that's my point. So I'm thinking of making a compromise where you can use pure energy but it will be incredibly inefficient (need as much as a mass fabricator to power it).
Also quick note guys, I just updated MFFS to 1.5 as an alpha release. You can go try build #8 of MFFS if you want.

I did say I want to generate MASSIVE amounts of power, didnt I? To me thats the most fun thing about tech mods, figuring out how to store, create and transfer power. If MFFS was purely generated by electricity then thats where 90% of mine would go, and if it wasnt large enough then Id have an actual reason to generate even more.

The way you say that sounds like it'd be more frustration than fun so I guess Ill just stop complaining and play the mod as it is. No matter how you look at it, its a great mod.
If you wouldn't mind...I would like to use this in my Private modpack that I will record for Youtube. Yes I did read that private Modpacks are always allowed but just letting you know...I thought that would be a good idea....
howdy, i'm Neonblast1994 and i want to make a modpack called "Neon Flavoured Reality", if i can get your MFFS mod to work with the others, it would be publicised ONLY with your permission, however i firstly need your permission.
may i?
