@JAS It's not the server history, it's the fact that the clients have different mods from the server. Forge allows the client to have "extra"
mods which the server does not have, that's OK if they are visual only like Optifine, or mapping mods, but it's really not a good idea if they are content mods with blocks, items or mobs. You need to sort that out. This is 101.
How do I power the Circuit Fabricator. I tried using RF with both BC Kinesis pipes and TE energy conduits but no joy. Any help ?
I used the Coal Generator from GalactiCraft. One coal is enough to make at least 2 circuits. Make sure the power is hooked up to the side of the Circuit Fabricator with the square with the green dot. On the Coal Generator, the power needs to be plugged into the square with the red dot.
Is there a way to make the candles from Pam's HarvestCraft require oxygen to stay lit?
Somebody would need to make a 3D model and texture for the Pam's HarvestCraft candle with no flame, and upload that for Galacticraft to use. Do you want to have a go? The original candle model and texture will be somewhere in the Pam's .jar file, I have no clue where.

You must be using a very out of date version of the mod, like over 6 months old. That's not a good idea. Go download the latest, it will work for you.
(If you're playing a modpack then you need to talk to the modpack creator sternly about not updating for such a long time, that's just lame. Maybe stop playing the modpack, create your own instead with up-to-date versions of the same mods ... ?)
Obviously if you're on a server, the server needs to be updated too - you must use the same version as is on the server.
Any problem like this we will want to get fixed ASAP if it is a bug in Galacticraft, but please remember it could be a bug in any one of your other mods.
As a first step, I recommend you start by testing without Buildcraft (I mean, take Buildcraft out of your mods folder) and maybe start with only Themal Expansion and Thermal Foundation, then add back other mods from there.
We can also help to test this further, if you can provide the following info:
1. Please can you specify which exact versions of Thermal Foundation, Thermal Expansion, Thermal Dynamics and CoFHCore you are using
2. Also which Buildcraft version.
3. Is it single player or on a server (and if a server, is it Cauldron?)
4. If possible please provide a screenshot of the connections which are not working.

Thank you!
Could you do it with the Stone Torch from Tinkers' Construct as well? Both the HarvestCraft Candles and the Tinkers' Construct Stone Torch use the same 3D model as the vanilla Torch.
Oh wow, thank you for doing that - that's awesome. It's your realisation that the model for both is the same as the vanilla model which really helps.
We can get the Tinker's Construct one into Galacticraft this weekend, that's not too hard as Tinker's Contruct is open source - also it only has the one texture, like a vanilla torch. Pam's Harvestcraft candle will maybe need Pam's permission to copy and modify the source code, see my post on the Harvestcraft thread - maybe not if it's really the same as a vanilla torch except for the multiple flame textures, because the unlit candle won't have multiple flame textures...
Once a torch turns into a Galacticraft torch, it can no longer be used to craft a jack-o-lantern. Is this intended behavior?
Also, unlit torches don't light when places within the boundaries of an oxygen bubbler. Is that how it's supposed to work?
Edit: Also, when you place a torch at the top or bottom of the world, the game crashes when it tests if the air around it is breathable. Probably not a lot of people building skyscrapers on the lunar surface, though.

Thanks for notifying, I guess nobody ever tried placing a torch at y=255 before. That crash will be fixed next version.
Likewise for jack-o-lantern. Really we need to make those go "unlit" in oxygen-free environments - though I never heard of anyone wanting one of those in space before, so I'm not going to treat this one as high priority.

I thought jack-o-lanterns working in space was intentional. Jack-o-lanterns work under-water, so why not the moon?
Dumb question - Am I supposed to be able to walk on the walls of the space station like in 2001: Space Odyssey once it's spinning at full speed? Mine is 107 meters long with 4 thrusters. I let it spin up for at least 15 minutes.

Not currently. You will still be walking on the floor in a spinning station, though you may find you are pushed outwards (i.e. a sideways push) to a slight extent, though it will not be as much as 1g at only 107 meters diameter. The sideways push depends on how you are moving, if your feet are on the floor then you will not experience it but if you are jumping or airborne in some other way then you should. (Imagine you have velcro slippers - as in 2001: Space Odyssey.)
Mid to long term we are looking at developing this, but could be months before that happens. In theory we could make artificial gravity easily, but we do not want players to be seeing blocks on their side as in the Japanese StarMine mod. We have something better planned. Please bear with us and check back in 2-3 months from now. You can find further discussion on the suggestions area here: http://forum.micdoodle8.com/index.php?forums/suggestions.7/
Thanks for making torches in the oxygen bubble work.
I'm trying to figure out how to get 1g. If the game considers 1g to be 9.81 m/s2, and 4 spin thrusters gives a station an angular velocity of 0.1 rad/s, and you have a circular space station with the center of gravity at the axis, then you would need a space station that's like 1965 meters long to experience 1g. I'm working on a 4000+ meter space station right now. I was really surprised that it let me seal a ~2000-meter long arm on the station.
@jecowa I don't remember the mathematics we used now for the g force, I recommend start with something smaller like 400 blocks and see how that goes before you spend a lot of time building something so big. The g force may be changed in future in any case, as currently most players will never experience it.
Using creative mode I've already made 100-meter, 300-meter, 600-meter, and 2000-meter stations. I'm trying to see if I can make a station large enough to not spin at full speed. Just have to wait for the 4000-meter station to speed up. It should stop at 0.07 rad/s.
I really wanna try it but im having trouble with 1.7.10 i open minecraft and it says this Mod file Galacticraft-Planets-1.7-3.0.12.338.jar is an incomplete download
and will likely cause errors, please re-download it and i keep redownloading it i tryed it 5 times and it doesnt work.

@chaosrik that's strange. Galacticraft is RF compatible so it should work with both of those mods. https://twitter.com/radfast/status/596095917738041344

Torches placed by ComputerCraft turtles or OpenComputer robots don't turn into their unlit variants.
