I love what you've done with the place. Especially the bookshelves and the carpet-as-tablecloth. (yeah I saw Dire's spotlight) I'm loving it all. Keep it up.

There is a rare mythical button called "Search" that likes to answer questions; however, due to its nature, it often blends in with its surroundings so as to remain hidden.

help?
By any chance, did you put some armor on the armor stand from Bibliocraft? Nuchaz said something about him having added a fail-safe config of sorts in case something like this happened (if I'm correct in what I think is wrong here). Here's a quote from his post (whole post can be found on page 81 of this thread):
*Added emergency render crash recovery config option: There is now an option in the BiblioCraft.cfg to disable all rendering of blocks. This is a client side only temporary measure to allow the player to load a world that will not load due to some odd item or armor that was placed on a BiblioCraft block and causing the game to crash due to a rendering error and the world to not load. This allows the player to remove the problem item from the stand or shelf and then re-enable rendering in the config to return to normal. If this happens to you, Please report any such errors and include the error log so I can try to fix for a future release.
And next time you have a crash report, please use spoilers. See example below:
You realize how that makes you look like then you tell someone to spoiler tag their crash report and at the same time quote the entire report without spoiler tags?
You realize how that makes you look like then you tell someone to spoiler tag their crash report and at the same time quote the entire report without spoiler tags?
I see your point but do realize that I don't really care too much for it (your point). All I wanted to do was let them know how to do it, regardless if I do it myself when I quote someone. Though I will do spoilers for myself when I have a crash that I can't figure out.
Would it have been better if I had not bothered to even tell them how to use spoilers in the first place, regardless if I used them or not? Not how I see it, and while it may sound kind of contradictory, that's my opinion.

You realize that you can put spoiler tags into your quote or just snip the report? The entire point of the spoiler tags here is that people don't need to scroll past the entire crash report. Now they need to scroll past this particular report twice.
Or if you don't see the need for the tags, why do you tell people to use them?

Never said that I don't see the need for the tags. My point was to simply let them know how to do it next time. I'd rather this not go into a full blown argument so I'm stopping it here and moving on.
I have just launched the new BiblioCraft website where I will keep all the latest info and downloads. Anyone is welcome to comment on news posts and I will respond there as well. The forum link just leads back here because at this point, this forum works fine for questions, discussions and suggestions that aren't related to my news posts. Any chance we could get a config option to specify the damage to the enchanted book chases? That would be lovely.
I think I could do this pretty easily. A pretty good idea too if I must say so myself. That would make it quite easy to for players to adjust the cost of printing enchanted books. The current cost reflects that 1/2 of my friends said it was too cheap and the other 1/2 said it was too expensive, so I figured it must be just about right.
Everytime when i am trying to place down a marker it always place it upside down and i am unable to break the block for some reason
Heh, I guess I didn't even test it from the creative menu. I see now that it is upside down when placing it that way. That is because that is the default position. When you place one from the tape measure, I use the face of the block you clicked on to determine the angle of the marker. I may just remove this from the creative menu on the next version because it really is only meant to be used as a temporary marker block while taking measurements with the tape measure.
In other news, it would be awesome if you entered the Mystcraft Writing Desk Competition, bestowing some of your wonderful modeling work to xcompwiz.
Also, I can no longer seem to add Music disks to bookshelves, even with music disc added to the config.
Is this a hint that a music disk holder is coming or a bug?
I might just have to think about jumping in the mystcraft desk competition, that sounds like it might be some fun.
The music discs issue is definitely a bug. I do have plans to implement a disc holder at some point, but I haven't quite gotten there yet. Perhaps in the next dev cycle.
BiblioCraft v1.3.1 is only compatible with Minecraft v1.5.x. For minecraft 1.6.2 I recommend downloading the newest version which is 1.4.0. Get it here: http://www.bibliocraftmod.com/
