Dang, cant find it. But it was something about a missing class and package error. I know it was fishingcraft because that was all it mentioned and It was working fine before I got 1.1.1.
Alright. well there should be a folder in the minecraft folder (or .minecraft for windows I believe) called crash-reports. It should be in there. Also you may try re-downloading and trying again.

1.1.1 isn't working for me. 1.0.1 was working perfectly, but when I updated the files, I got crashes. I tried every possible way to install it, but I still got the same crash. Help?
When updating, make sure you delete the prior version before installing the newer version. To avoid errors, it's probably best not to overwrite the old versions when updating.

I'm thinking two things that might be utterly rad:
--Chance that your fishing rod breaks (this might already be in the mod, and if so, my bad), or somehow your line snaps?
--Crafting recipes for artificial lures, i.e. tied flies, plastic worms, or something like a rapala?
Otherwise ... you're already including the awesome stuff! Catfish!!! Yes! (Also, I've read of people using bluegill to catch large flathead catfish, too.... just sayin')

Perhaps making the Rod's have a more "Complex" Crafting? Like you would have to craft the Reel, hook and the Rod seperately, so more Customization...
(a Better Reel is required for Larger fish, The Better Hook makes a higher chance of actually Catching a fish and the Rod increases the Durability)
Possibly, I might just make villagers sell them tho. That way in order to tame a cat you'd have to find the villager. Maybe, we'll see. xP

Well this thing about your mods is that whatever is editing vq.class seems to cause an issue with Fishing Craft. If I knew what that mod was I could probably investigate the problem further.

Here's an idea, you could have like some rare port spawns in the oceans where you could fish for rare fishes and have chest on the port with rare bait and stuff.
I think it is still vq.class but I think the report is only slightly different. I think I might know what else is doing it, but it's only a guess, I'll go check now. EDIT: I was right. This mod I barely even knew I had edited the vq.class. it was a jar mod so it didnt show up on forge. I think it'll work now, so I'm gonna try to refresh the jar.
I don't know what's wrong. I refreshed and it's the exact same vanilla vq.class. It's still giving me the error. maybe I'll just go without the mod :/
Well what I can tell from the error report is it is either a problem with that class or my eventhandler that I have inside fishing craft is causing it to bug out. (The event handler is the part that moves the squid into the ocean only.) On the next update I'll upload a version without the squid fix, and then we can see if that fixes the problem. Sound alright?
Love this mod so far. Could you support ExtrabiomesXL and BiomesOPlenty swamps too? I'm having problems finding worms, since i'm using both those biome mods and vanilla biomes are so much rarer.
We play LAN games, when you do a fishing boat, could you make it big enough for two or three players, for fishing competitions?
I know this is probably impossible, but it would be pretty funny if occcasionally you hooked a Mo Creatures shark.

Catching a mob with a fishing hook would be extremely hard to do since I have to rewrite the fishing pole functions lol. But it might be possible.
