Oh gosh I can't wait for this. I'm the owner of Fallout: Reclamation and friends with Earl and Brady and all of them. Earls told me about this and I've been really looking forward to being able to use it, but I just now stumbled across this thread and actually saw all this stuff. It looks super awesome and It's really going to enhance my (and all of our) server. I'm updating my own thread later today and I plan on going ahead and putting your thread topic there. I'm sorry to ask, but could you perhaps make a config file for this mod that allows people to change block id numbers with it? i seem to be having a bit of trouble making it play nicely with mekanism. and have completely ruined my server's most recent world copy from it... i had a backup, it's a bit old though.. no problem though, the backup is fine. just gotta redo a few things.. the problem is that the block id's from this mod conflict with mekanism's block id's. specifically the ones in the 3000 range. so a config file to change the block id's would be great. since it seems changing mekanism's block id's will make the blocks using those id's completely disappear... and not re-appear when the id's in its config are set back to what they were.. blaah. so yeah. if you could create a config for this, that would be great.

I've deemed a config to dangerous to add. Because of the large quantity of items and blocks being added, if you screw up it could be disastrous.
well... could you at least change the id's using the 3000 - 3010 ranges? 3090-3099 doesn't seem to cause a conflict. though changing the block id's in a world that already had the blocks placed, will obviously cause them to disappear from that world.... (i learned that when my steel block and multiple machine bunker decided to completely disappear under my feet when i changed mekanism's id's....) so maybe have it as an optional version for people who want to use this alongside mekanism? it's only those 10 id's that cause a conflict, and i'm not sure exactly how many are in that range that cause it, i only know changing 3000 wasn't enough, and 3001 still caused the same conflict. but 3001-3010 are the id's mekanism uses, so changing any in that range would make this mod compatible alongside mekanism. i'd be very thankful. ,_,
Edit: if it helps, i noticed from the crash log that buffalo gourd has the id 3000. so if it's been a while since you looked at the id's or just cant remember which ones had what, there's a good start ,_, i could keep changing mekanism's id's one by one to let it crash untill i know which items have which id's in your mod if you'd like. just ask.

(i did the crash test method.) the id's are 3000, and 3001. which are very important blocks in mekanism, and unfortunately make up my entire bunker >~<;; they're for the buffallo gourd block, and jalapeno blocks. here's the line from the crash log from both id conflicts, so you'll have a better idea of what i'm looking at.

so if you could make a slightly editted version for mekanism compatability that would be very kind of you. thankfully those aren't very crucial blocks that people would have all over the place, so i guess a special version just for mekanism may not even be needed in this case, but it's entirely up to you to decide that.
I've been meaning to change those ids for a while now actually. I rewrote the whole thing but somehow those still have insanely high ids. They're changed in the upcoming build.
any eta on when that build will be ready? i'm not in much of a rush or anything, but i'm loading different mods in sets (not mod packs, just getting several different new mods at once instead of over time) so i still need to test the functionality of the mod alongside other mods that i'm running, to see how well it plays with others before adding it to my personal server. the mods that don't play nicely are usually put in time out untill they learn to be nice to the others. i mostly just want the laser rifle and laser pistol.. but i suppose the other things could add a little more variety to spice things up too.

yeah, but the 1.5.1 version as it was had the id's issues on those two blocks. and any attempts to strip the weapons and their dependancies out and into a folder by themselves, or to simply take the two blocks with the id issues out, caused the infamous black screen. ,_,

Well, that's cuz a mod needs all it's parts to be there to work. And I'm not going to make a special build for one person; you'll just need to wait until mekanism is updated to 1.5.2.
Great Mod. Would like to be second texturer of this mod. I like it. It is awsome. Should shade some more things. Should make them more high quality. I can do that. Really want to help ya
Well it's not really just mekanism. it may already be updated, or may not even need to be updated. i'm running my server in 1.5.1 for alot of different reasons and mods. i only really want the laser rifle and pistol though.. X.X is there perhaps any other way to make the two work?...
Edit: Nevermind.. i'm simply going to spend the day updating everything for my server. it's going to take a while, due to the sheer amount of things that have to be updated and slightly recoded to work properly together. and it's annoying because i had only just did this kind of mass update only a few days ago, and then minecraft decides it would like to suddenly update the exact day after i finally finished getting everything working right and running for my server. X~X but this needs to be done eventually anyway...

Maybe...I'll try and learn how to do it. There is a plugin that will do that for you I think.

Edit: Nevermind.. i'm simply going to spend the day updating everything for my server. it's going to take a while, due to the sheer amount of things that have to be updated and slightly recoded to work properly together. and it's annoying because i had only just did this kind of mass update only a few days ago, and then minecraft decides it would like to suddenly update the exact day after i finally finished getting everything working right and running for my server. X~X but this needs to be done eventually anyway...
