Nobody panic, the drawbridges and signaling things have moved to a new mod. The original design document has been exhausted; we've started a new one with new ideas.
I'm not sure if Mechworks works without TConstruct. The only thing to do is to test~
HuggableCreep: That looks like an Extra Utilities problem. The author has told me it's been fixed.
douglasg14b: Manyullyn only does one more point of damage than steel. Battleaxes have a damage modifier; it's probably rounding down here.
Algester: Those are supposed to exist. They have recipes and everything. You might see more in the near future...
It is a running joke/threat on the forums that mod authors always delay a release by one week for every time they are asked when it will be released. I believe the exact phrase usually used is... "I will release it one week after the last person has asked, or when it is ready, whichever comes second."
Something I would like to see is some End related stuff, perhaps uses for Ender Pearls as a material (I think one with a high mining speed and high damage but poor durability, handle modifier and mining level, similar to gold in vanilla, and perhaps even a unique ability tied to it), and perhaps Adamantite can actually be a thing, an endgame alloy made from 4 units of liquid ender, 2 units of Alumite, 2 units of Manyullyn, and 1 unit of Steel per 1-2 units of Adamanite. I think 1500 base durability, x2 handle modifier, +2 attack, 11.0 mining speed and Manyullyn mining level sounds fair. Perhaps it'll also share the Ender Pearl material's special ability as well.
Just wanting to help those who need Optifine to play, but want this mod. If you do the "Complex" installation of Optifine (placing it in the Forge version .jar) it works flawlessly from what I know so far. Just a nice tidbit of information for people to know.
I was thinking, will it become possible to set a drain to a certain liquid? with this it'd be possible to set up drains for each type of liquid that'll go into a basin or table and be able to throw any item into the smeltery without having to worry that one or two liquids take up all the space in the basins/tables... it'd still be a problem though if you were to try to smelt items that combine into new liquids without having that intention. so that could become a problem if you try to drain that liquid but it already combined with another liquid
It seems that slime islands do not spawn on my worlds anymore since I updated to 1.6.4. I have flown around in multiples worlds and have not come across one yet. Configs have them enabled, so everything seems okay there.

The smeltery always drains the "bottommost" liquid in it, so that's a no go, but the drains can output to pipes, and EnderIO liquid conduits can be set to only transport specific liquids. Also, the drains can be activated with a redstone signal, and EnderIO has redstone conduits that can run through the same space as the liquid conduits and have rednet, so you could probably build a pretty cool system with it.

I have a modlist right now mostly based around magic mods, the only mod that has liquid pipes is Extra Utilities... I was hoping to set up 1 big smeltery, with a drain for each liquid going into a table/basin activated by redstone clocks from Extra Utilties. then I could just throw in ores without having to worry that the system may clog up with one or two types of liquid taking up all the basins/tables

You know the release date?
one week later then when it was supposed to be released, because you asked for a release date

By the way, I never found a use for turning one of those into a half slab. mDio, in what situation are they intended to be used?
last dev
I've found that they look quite nice if you have a half slab floor because then they can look as though you've got the full set within 2 blocks.
Hey, mDiyo? Could you use the multipart api to make that possible? As in actually in the same block?
Oh, I see.
I don't think multiparts can have tile entities, and the tinker's crafring blocks have inventory. So probably no.
