When is a realease date for armour and ranged weapons cause i cant wait >.>.
It's never good to ask when a mod is going to be done because you will always get the answer (It will be done when it's done). Asking is just rude and it takes the developers time away from finishing the mod.
The armor tab is gone in the new dev build im guessing you took it out until armor is added. If not then bug.
Edit - Also is gold gravel ore suppose to drop gold nuggets wile ever other gravel ore drops its self.
Also there seems to be a bug where iron gravel ore turns the dirt block underneath it into a snowy grass block I'm not sure if this bug extends to the other gravel ore.
One last also gold gravel ore turns into iron gravel ore when dropped onto a torch.
minecraftguy14: The numbers don't appear in the gui. They're only visible when you use the tools.
Aedus93: Creative mode damage has been fixed, thanks for pointing it out.
DismalAmoeba: Looks like More Health needs updated. Go post the crash log on their thread.
DonkeyinTheDark: It is now 24 hours longer thanks to your impatience. ^^;;
nhg1: I did take out the armor tab. It'll be added when I have something real to put in it. The snow texture is a workaround for being able to pick up ore gravel with your fists. Nuggets from gold gravel is intended, although may change to multiple nuggets.
Gravel morphing into other ores sounds like a vanilla bug. I'll go poke at it.
danky: I've added the chisels from InfiBlocks. Next will be some of the bricks, and magic slabs somewhere down the line.
Found a bug. When a sword with the "auto smelt" buff if you break grass the game will crash. It only works with auto smelt. I didn't test other tools but i can if need be.
Edit: Oh, I'm using the 1.3.1 version of your loverly mod.
Shurhaian: Moving items or blocks towards you sounds like high magic or psychokinesis, both of which require effort to perform. It's not something that can be done with a modifier.
I don't entirely agree - smelting things on the spot and/or generating more of them from nothing (and when you can double-or-more your yield with the appropriate blocks, I have hard time thinking of Fortune as anything else - I can't chalk that up to mere "good luck") are pretty impressive in themselves, and Ender pearls / Eyes of Ender are already used in many contexts involving teleportation or motion - but okay. Not going to argue it any further, just thought I'd toss it out there.
ETA: As a (hopefully low-investment) way to help compare the stable vs dev builds at a glance, would it be feasible to stick a mark/line in the dev changelog going forward that represents the stable release(s), so that anything above it is clearly new? Yes, it's possible to compare version numbers, but anything that makes the boundary jump out visually is helpful.
Guys, don't spam mDiyo with weapon/tool requests. I have my fair share of ideas, but i have been waiting for mDiyo to be done with most of his current ideas. If you really want to have these tools, learn java, learn how to mod minecraft, learn the hooks in this mod, and program them yourself. If you dont want to go through all of that, just wait.
Also be patient about release dates. Updates take time, and spamming for a release date will only make the wait longer.
i don't think the slime bricks negate fall damage to animals they bounce then take damage.
Also you can't put levers on refined stone bricks, iron bricks, gold bricks, lapis bricks, diamond bricks, redstone bricks, bone bricks, and slime bricks.
i like the longsword, but i dont understand why its the weakest of the 3 weapons (if youre not counting daggers).
compared to it, the rapiers seems to have too much of everything. armor penetration, no or low coodown, high base damage etc. rapiers are just so much stronger than everything else.
durability and base damage on the longsword are medium for some reason. even the broadsword has a high durability for a medium base damage.

the rapier have the worst damage of them (-daggers)

i am sondrex but you can call me sondrex76 if somebody know a forum admin can you tell me i realy want to talk with them about why i got banned for no reason at all.
Just wanted to let you know this mod is fantastic! I greatly appreciate the time that you must put into this when you could be doing something else. Thank you.
Shurhaian: Moving items or blocks towards you sounds like high magic or psychokinesis, both of which require effort to perform. It's not something that can be done with a modifier.
FinAndTonic: Whoever hardcoded pickaxes into their block drops is doing harvest levels very, very wrong. The right way goes something like this: MinecraftForge.setBlockHarvestLevel(block, metadata, "pickaxe", harvestLevel);
acid9999: Why don't you sprite, code, and test sickles yourself?
minecraftguy14: Yay for bugs! That's a simple fix, it'll be up next time.
Zombielogic: Not from me. Balkon's tools are all too samey or too specific to modify. The API is available for others to make balkon's weapons if they wish.
I can create sprites, and I can also test items but I have no idea how to code
Hey diyo, i'm using your latest dev version and I think i should inform you that lava crystals + daggers makes my game crash upon attacking any mob, here's the error log.

Just a couple of quirks with the newest release candidate-
a.) Pressing the I key while the armor GUI is open doesn't close it
b.) Setting the Armor GUI key and the normal Inventory GUI key to the same key and pressing it again while the GUI is open will result in the GUI closing for about half a second and reopening. Using the Esc key exits the GUI properly.
Other than that, I'm loving the new features. Keep up the great work!
We have a new stable version with all the changes and fixes over the past week or so. Go get it!
I was preparing for the 1.5.2 update and all kinds of changes, but it turns out that my mods work on any 1.5 version. This is good news; server admins have a chance of not needing to update mods when new versions of Minecraft hit.
Shurhaian: I won't say that "returning" won't happen in the future. I will say it'll have an active part, not a passive trait of your equipment.
RayereSs: Could you give me a log of what mods you're using? Invisible textures could be the game failing to load things; if restarting doesn't help, let me know.
IStoneI: Longswords have the highest attack of the trio. Using its lunge ability puts you into sprint mode which does extra damage. I carry around all the swords for different things...
Blockmaster139: That's odd. Thankfully it's a client-only change so I can ninja-update things.

Because the Rapier is a noble weapon. Of course it's better than the more plebian longsword and broadsword.
