I don't think you understand...this was all of a sudden...not some config setting. It was all working just fine and then it freaked out. I've never seen this happen on 1.6.2...only 1.6.4
I didn't change the roses growth parameter and can't reproduce the issue on my system.
Something has changed for you, but I can't tell what without more information.
With MC 1.6.4 I have Bibliocraft, BetterStorage and the Lord of the Rings mod. Now I want to create THE ring, using 8 gold nuggets and leaving the middle of the crafting table empty.
But all I get is a keyring, not the LOTR-ring. So I installed the NoMoreRecipeConflict to get out of the recipe conflict.
By hitting left - right no other result is shown after putting the nuggets in the crafting table.
Did I overlook something?
MCPatcher is installed - does this kill something?
The NMRC-Mod is loaded as Forge say in its mod list.
See the controls menu for the current recipe key. Default is +.

OK, I have a theory that there is a conflict between the Nature Overhaul and the LevelUp mods when you add points to the Farming skill. This affects growth rates and it may be doing something weird.

Well it is not a conflict.
The farming skill grows things around the farmer, and NatureOverhaul understand it as spreading roses, when there are around. It probably effects everything that NatureOverhaul can grow, actually.
It is intended behaviour.
Disable "custom bonemeal" in NatureOverhaul option file if you don't like it.
I'd like to see a graphical indicator in the crafting GUI when there's more than one result for a recipe. Atm I'm blind. A little red number near the result slot showning the result count would be enough. Should only appear if result_count > 1. I think that it happens more often than I'm aware of.

I just added something similar.
You should see a text on the top right corner of your screen.
Found some bugs with the Level Up! mod.
Mining ores added from other mods doesn't add xp or double the ore drops but mining vanilla ores does.
Digging only gives you treasure drops from vanilla soils and not from ones added by mods.
Smelting doesn't increase speed, double ores from mods that add more ores and doesn't effect added furnace types.
Archery doesn't effect arrows or bows added from mods.
Cooking doesn't work for some mod related foods and extra furnace types.
Farming causes berry bushes from natura to grow infinitly instead of the max 3 high by 3 wide, and causes ender lillies from extra utilites to uproot instantly because it thinks bonemeal is being used on growth check.
Woodcutting causes trees added from mods to drop vanilla planks rather then the planks the mod related tree creates.
It might be a good idea to have the mod search the forge oredirectry for added ores and tree types.

Those are not bugs.
You are asking for new features.
I can't make the mod support more ores than now. Other ores are too poorly made.
Added more support for ground blocks.
I can't make the mod support more furnaces than now. Other furnaces are too poorly made.
I can't make the mod support more arrows than now. Other arrows are too poorly made.
I can't make the mod support more bows than now. Other bows are too poorly made.
Added more support for eadible items.
Can't fix poorly made growing crop behavior by other authors.
Changed woodcutting to drop corresponding planks from log if craftable. Default to vanilla planks if not.
seems like "Level Up!" mod doesn't work with 1.6.4 forge 953.....I saw the items it added but if I pressed g bottom, nothing happened(I didn't add any other mods yet)

Nice mods! Thank you so much for this! Can you make more skill packs/ fix the existing skill pack (The arrow one won't start, the regenerating graphic just repeats over and over after using a skill, levitate doesn't work, and most of them don't take mana. Also can you make the book let you learn a random skill you don't have?)

Fixed skills with charge making mana unsync between server and client.
Fixed relogging into world erasing keybinds.
The skill "busy" animation works as intended.
Redownload the SkillAPI to fix. You might have to set your skill keybinds again.
Is it possible for the PChan3's mods: SteamShip, SteamBoat and Pirates to add config values for the accend, decend and travel speed of the SteamShip for the 1.6.x version ?
Right now the Steamship goes up and down like a missile in speed and the travelspeed is more like a small airplane :-(
The benefit off the airship is not needing to climb mountains and so. But i dont think it should be much faster than running.

Would you consider implementing this ?

Slightly reduced speed values, and added speed "cheats" in options file for version 0.7 of Pchan3's mods.
Note that you must sync the speed values with the server in multiplayer.
BUT the airship inventory (Button R) seems to be not working correctly, I place coal, arrows and other stuff in there respective slots and then press Esc to go out from the menu, when i press R again all the thins is in my inventory and the airship is empty.

Ok, after a while and looking very close I found the indicator for a double-recipe.
The solution ist in the spoiler:
As you see, I'm using NEI and some other mod which draws a map into the upper right corner.
I really thought the indicator was near the result slot of the crafting table.
Would you kindly consider to move the indicator somewhere closer to the result slot?
yes the things stay in the Steamship inventory now.
They stay to well though ;-)
Bellow is tested in survival mode.
1. Arrows can be fired even if not in the arrow slot. ( that is even if in hotbar, my inventory or ships inventory )
2. Arrows never depleat, even if i only have one i never run out of them the dont decrese.
3. coal never ends. I put in 2 in the coal slot , let it go down to 1, press Esc, Press R and its 2 coals agan
4. im guessing that it uses coal from other places even if the coal slot is empty since when i get into the ship with coal in hotbar it removes one.Can use change so that it only uses coal and arrows from their slots ?
Any chance Airship's baloon recipe could be slightly altered? If you're running Backpacks, the recipe for it is the same so I cannot make the balloon without disabling one of the two mods.
I didn't change the roses growth parameter and can't reproduce the issue on my system.
