Is it possible to make little maid to heal herself only when reaching a certain amount of hp? It just seems annoying that little maid uses sugar when she hasn't taken even one point of damage.

They take one piece of sugar every few days as "salary", and another to heal every heart lost. I don't think there is a way to change it.
how functional is it to the 1.7.10 version? does it do the same stuff or still has like 100 features missing?

Yes, that is the latest version released that I'm aware of. What missing features are you referring to? They can fight melee and range (with improved accuracy), brew, cook, feed and buff, light, defuse creepers and of course follow and pick up items. They will also level up, that improves their efficiency, but has never been stated how. Never tried in SMP, so I'm not sure if it works.

Okay, i'm trying to run LittleMaidReengaged on 1.12.2 but i'm getting a UCEE error (crashing my game)
does this mod need some library mod to run? it doesn't say in the page..or is it incompatible with some kind of popular mod? i'm running the modpack roguelike adventures and dungeons.

I dont know of any incompatibilities on start up, but using the version on KuroNeko's file on CurseForge has gave me some problems. What it worked for me, both client and server, was using the Peko build (and Library) in the Japanese forums. If you can't find it or need help navigating the site, please tell me; last time I tried pasting the links it didn't work, that's why I dont simply give them to you.

In singleplayer I havent found any major bug, but I play only with a few mods, and never played on SMP aside from small tests, so I cannot tell how well does it fare in that regard.

is it weird this mod for me is like really unstable in how it changes how the game performs? like its literally the only mod that makes my forge mod loading freeze for 2-5 minutes and i have like 4 dimension mods and they don't do that.

Well, worldgen mods are probably more stable than adding a mob with its own custom behavior into the vanilla setting.
