I am currently planning to updating this to 1.7.10 as well as adding the features requested by Lonsdale1086. However, I did not start yet, as I just started my senior year in high school last week. I have a lot of free time though, so I will get to work on it soon.

Hey im wondering if anyone can help me out. I have a server set up with your mod along with about 100 other mods running great but some people are getting DC'd when they join. Most ppl play fine but two people get DC'd right after they join with "End of Stream". We have tried everything we can think of from fresh install, new java, disable security, nothing seems to help. Their computer should be able to handle it and their internet is good but they cant seem to stay connected to the server. Has this happened before can anyone think of the culprit? Is there any way someone can help us discover the cause?
Well, your friends must have every single mod as you have, and their IDs must be the same too, if those requirements are not filled, they may not be able to join your server.

Hi, ive been playing with your mod for a while now, and one thing I think that could be added could be an 3 option in the config to allow "nobody" to use some commands (right now you can set it to everyone or ops, mabye adding a 3rd option) I'm sure somthing like this wouldnt be hard to add, and it makes me less tempted to "Cheat" (lol) Thx for reading,
This is awesome. I can finally play with a friend that lives very far away from me with some other players. Thank you very much for this mod. Edit: It gave me an error when I tried to use help. The 1.6.4 version is not working. No one can connect. I am pretty sure I have port-forwarded everything. May someone please help me?
Okay, So I successfully got the mod and all (On Forge, with version 1.7.2 and all), and I'd like to open up a lan, BUT, I wanna know if people can still join even if they don't have the mod or Forge. Right now, the only mods I have installed is this one, and thats about it lol. The image I have attached is my Mods list.
SO... With that said and done, does anyone know if my friends can join the lan I open, even if they don't have any mods or they don't have forge? Thanks!
Did you check to see if you actually had it hosted on the public IP address? If it isn't just set the public IP as a variable from the web address, you gave for obtaining public IP. Next I would like the system to output two lines for opening it to your Lan. First line should be the world hosted on the local IP. Second should be the server address.

Theoretically your friends should not need forge or the mod in order to connect, if that is the only mod that is present on your server. Port-forwarding is all that is necessary. I will try to figure the errors tomorrow. If the mod creator wants, I can give the code sequence that I want added.

No, they won't be able to join. In order for them to be able to join you, they would have to have the same version of Forge installed as you do, alongside any mods that are not client-side only. So in this case, they would only need to have Forge installed, because CLM is a client-side mod.
Hmmm... this mod looks good....I might download it, but I have one question....does this mod allow you to play LAN offline in Minecraft 1.7.2 in some way? I just wanted to know because I am not always online, and you need to be online for LAN for some reason. Please let me know A.S.A.P!

Now that I've thought about it, has anyone tried the 1.7.2 version on 1.7.10 yet? I know quite a few mods that were written for 1.7.2 work in 1.7.10. Or does this mod hook into things that are, unfortunately version specific, and will cause the game to crash or cause the mod's functionality to fail?
