Got an odd problem, currently working on how to replicate, but I had two backpacks in my inventory that I named on an anvil, one for tools, and another for dungeons, and whilst dungeoneering, noticed that suddenly I had two tool bags! (Not complaining, there was a lot of valuable stuff in my tool bag, lol), but still,that happened, will edit if I can reliably replicate.
Okay, it appears to happen when I have a backpack equipped in my camping mod inv slot. Any other bag I open in my hand appears to have a chance of becoming a copy of the one I have equipped. It also does this quite randomly. A couple times in testing, it reverted back to the original, only to change back to the copy again the next time I opened my inventory.
Thanks for posting, I shall look into it. If I can fix it in time, a fix for this will be included in the next bugfix update (currently planned for tomorrow).
can you fix a dupe glitch? if you wear a backpack, and die with stuff in it, you keep your original backpack and items, but can get the duped stuff out of your dead bodys backpack.

Furthermore, RikMuld's Core is no longer included in the file and needs to be downloaded separately (since I will soon have more than one mod using it).
Another announcement I have to make is that I will soon release my second mod! It will be called World Sync and it will be released in the coming week, provided that everything works out the way I want them to. The mod doesn't add any playable content to the game, but a functionality I always missed in Minecraft (more info later).
I can confirm (on my end, anyway) that the some kits can not be placed into the campfire's slot, they can be forced in by shift-clicking them (as you would to move an item to/from a chest).
Additionally, I notice when I die that I drop any equipped camping goods (like the knife) and I retain one on my person after respawn, effectively duplicating all equipped camping goods.

To help me fix the bug, can you please specify the mod/forge version and a list of used mods? Because I cant seem to be able to replicate the duplication from dying myself. With me, on dead all the equipment from the camping inventory will be dropped and removed from the player and if the game rule 'keep inventory' is active the equipment will not drop but stay will the player.
I tried to use this mod in a server with my friends, but we can't sleep using the tent with a sleeping bag inside; the "Sleep" button doesn't do anything

You need to stand very close at the front of the tent in order to sleep.

There are a lot of mods out there that add different types of Food. It's really unfortunate to not be able to use any of them. It would be amazing to have a section in the config file where we could config what food types (input, output) we would like our users to be able to cook in each of the Kits.

I found a bug! The map HUD causes Lag spikes (not FPS, network latency). According the the friendly neighborhood task manager, my network usage goes from about 70Kbps to 5000Kbps when I move the map from my hand, to the little inventory box.
To install this mod you need to download FORGE for Minecraft and follow instructions. Then you need to go to the "run" feature on your computer and type in "appdata" and select when the folder opens find roaming, then Minecraft. You will see a mods folder that you will drag and drop mods into

The port is almost done, there are only some blocks left to port, but most of their functionality already exsists. However, before the release also some bugs need to be fixed. All in all, I guess it will take approximately two weeks.

I'm playing on my own server with TheCampingMod_2.1g.jar. I don't think this is a bad interaction with another mod, but for what it's worth, the modpack is here: http://technicpack.net/modpack/nomads.657571/permissions.
