Hello! This is on behalf on most other whovians, Do you have any news on story mode (When it'll come out (year, specific date, etc.), will it be related to the actual episodes, will they be the actual episodes, will there be cutscenes, will there be voice acting, or just text... and the list can go on, and on, and on)? If you think i'm rushing you, please, take your time... i'm just curious, because when I first saw this, I got very excited... if you do reply, thanks for the update!
"the problem is that once forge starts saying shutting down internal servers it means forge is corrupted" who told you that??
All issues I've ever had, and that I've helped others with I've never had forge corrupt.
If when you boot a world and it says internal servers shutting down, it's not forge corrupted but your worlds corrupted on boot. If it's on the menu it's often because two or more mods are trying to affect the same thing and conflict on the menu
As 1wtc said just remove all mods, run forge profile, place the dalek mod back in check it works, if not post here that dalek mod alone didn't work. Then add your other mods in 1 by 1. Looking at your previous log I would say TMI could be, but I thought that was a fixed issue
Weird thing is, I had the same issue with the world shutting down on start, but when I reinstalled forge the problem stopped and I could access the world again

That worked which I am just finding really weird because what could be in the latest version of forge that causes it to do
that? On another note if you press escape the splashes change which is cool but it is rather clear tarri made a lot of them like 20% are a reference to the DWCM.

Before posting a crash report, please take the time to read the this article: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/mods-discussion/1393774-crash-reports-101
It will save you and the modder alot of time and they will be more likely to help you!
