I have gone through the instructions carefully several times. I have all the library files in the right places. When I click Play from the launcher, I get this error (from the log): java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: shadersmodcore.loading.SMCTweaker

im having trouble getting 1.7.5 shadermod to work, i have done everything right (i think) but when i hit play i get this java error " A Java Exception has occurred." any ideas?

Alrighty, I think I know what my problem is but I don't know how to rectify it. Whenever I actually try to load a world or join a server the game just closes. No errors, no black screen, it just closes. I presume this has something to do with memory usage but I have no clue where I'd go to tinker with things. I've heard that OptiFine sometimes doesn't play nicely with shaders, but a lot of people say that the problem's been fixed. I have the proper, compatible 1.7.2 versions of everything.
I am having trouble, followed the install instructions fine, it installed and i can see the shaders folder options. However, any shader pack that uses shadows, the shadows flicker. this is not related to the shaderpacks its something to do with this mod. how do i fix it?
I tried the frustrum option, it helps, but as i turn around the shadows start glitching again. Im on 1.7.2 version for everything, no optifine, just this.

Which "Forge-" and "Optifine-Version" is compatible or the best one ?
When i use "forge-1.7.2-10.12.0.1039" and "OptiFine_1.7.2_HD_U_D1" the game didnt start ...
The new update broke the bouncing grass and flowers in my shader. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Something is wrong with this version.
Without Optifine, tall grass bounce with grass block properly.

I think it would be awesome to have an option to set for use as a cinematic screenshot shader, so that if I set SEUS as the cinematic shader and I press the cinematic screenshot hotkey then SEUS shaders are initiated until the screenshot is saved to file and then the shaders are reset to what I was using. This would be handy for when I want to use shaders I can't run at an acceptable FPS but use for screenshots.

i tried to use the shader mod for 1.7.5 with my Minecraft unmodded 1.7.5 client. I copied every folder/file and edited the files correctly. I can start Minecraft and selet the shader version, and it loads Minecraft perfectly fine without errors, but as soon as i log in to my world, it just looks like standard Minecraft without any Shaders. Is there anything i should do before installing the shader mod?
The mod provides ability to use custom shaders (shaderpack). If it is installed successfully you will have Shaders... button beside Language button in option screen. You will have to install shaderpack to change appearance of minecraft world. See OP for a list of shaderpack threads.

um.... i would be surprised if you could run any type of shaders with such an old video card, maybe chocapic13's v4 lite or Karyonix bump-shadow-waving 0.9.8 with the POM disabled.
maybe think about upgrading your video card at some point, even with my GTX 770 i get as low as 30 fps with some shaders and also you do have a lot of other mods, maybe one of them could be conflicting with the shaders mod.
