The 1.11.2 dynmap works with Forge 1.12.2 for me. Have you tried it?
I have and it definitely does not work.
It actually completely prevents a server from even booting due to a built in version check.
The server will crash with the following message:

On another note though, they are definitely working on 1.12.2 versions of Dynmap. On the mikeprimm web page he has a ton of different versions uploaded. Including multiple 1.12.2 versions that work fine, but are still alpha.
I am currently using Dynmap-3.0-alpha-1-forge-1.12.2.jar and so far it appears to be working fine.

Hey boss. I'm running several servers in the same machine.. is it possible to use this on each server and have a 'shared' dynmap.db for them all so that it acts like seperate world files? Or is that just a daydream
Could you provide screenshots or more information? If this is your first time with dynmap, the world will be black initially and you will need to render the world by exploring or using render commands. I do also believe I have come across a black world after using dynmap for a while but I think my files may have corrupted or mislocated which I think I had to re-render my world once again.
@mikeprimm, Any chance you could update your Dynmap plugin/mod for Grief Prevention and make it work in the Sponge/Forge environment?
I agree - any chance of an update for the plugin to be updated for all servers variation (eg bukkit/spigot etc)

hi, i have played on servers with beautiful dynmaps. They map i looking 3d and the textures are nice. The dynmap on my server is looking bad against. The textures aren´t that nice and the map looks flat. Whats the magic config-setting for a good looking dynmap? Are the hardware requirements a lot of higher for such nice maps?

Hello, I am having an issue where I have a custom nether, that generates mountains that goes above the default nether roof height (y128), this causes the mountain simply not to render above that height, and I was wondering how I could change this?
I have done my best to read through the Wiki for this, but I am struggling to figure out exactly what to change, and how.
So I am having some issue with finding the actual map istself online. It has installed and everything, but I am trying to get to the actual map itself.

i've used it before but i can't get it to work in 1.12.2 dynmap forge with forge version 2640 with the correct version for same and the obvious version of minecraft.
i know for positive (yes, checked) port is forwarded correctly in router and windows firewall/etc all relevant places but when i try to go to it at:

I'm on spigot-1.12.2.jar:git-Spigot-4bd94dc-015bda4 and other than an apparent garbage collection issue on full render is works fine.
( Map is approx 314,953,600 area size or 20,800 X 15,200 )

correct me if im wrong but I believe you need a port number to reach the dynmap page
I believe the correct address with the port number included would be: 198.27.68.196:8123 obviously you would need to unblock port 8123

So I am having some issue with finding the actual map istself online. It has installed and everything, but I am trying to get to the actual map itself.
CentOS Linux release 7.4.1708
2.5-Dev201706100401
spigot-1.12.2.jar
server is functional and accessible remotely, port 8123 has been forwarded properly, full render has been done
port 8123 was opened in the firewall
can not access dynmap via web, even from local host/internal network/specifying full path to index.html
it times out.
only other plugins are WorldEdit/WorldGuard
(although looking for a random teleport plugin if anyone has suggestions)
any suggestions on what I'm missing, or steps to pursue identifying the issue?
also, dynmap commands from within the game seem to respond normally...
revised: I've gone and put the server as a DMZ -still times out. dmb.is-a-geek.net for those who want to check it out.
