Yeah you can get EE3 for 1.6.4 Here: https://github.com/l...ee/master/1.6.4 click on the version you want. (latest build as of this post is 0.1.0.2) After clicking on the the version you want it will take you to a new page just click on View Raw and it will allow you do download the build you want. Also it might be best to get the Equivalecy addon by Lomeil12. He has worked hard to add extra mod support for EE3. You can get Equivalency here: http://www.minecraft...nd-equivalency/
Note you will have to make the Calcinator and Alundel and a glass bell. You will need to cook 8 diamonds or emeralds in the Calcinator to get 8 minium dust. Next put 8 minium dust in slot 2 and the inert stone in slot 1 in the Alundel and use coal or any other fuel type to start the infusing process to make the minium stone. To get the Alundel to work you will have to place a glass bell on top of it. The glass bell is where items will get sent to when the infusing process is complete. Other items can be broken down into dust in the Calcinator and then used in the Alundel to infuse other items. I'm letting you know the basics because the recepies that are used in the Calcinator and Alundel are not yet supported in NEI so you will have to figure out what you can use to make dust for infusing.
This isn't working for me.
There are a number of beta/pre-beta build floating around; which is the "best" place to get updated builds?
May I ask what stuff from the old equivalent exchange are going to be added back? I mean stuff like dark and red matter, the klein stars , the collectors etc.
Quote from "Excessively Asked Questions in the original post" »
What features are in EE3? Is item X/Y/Z still around from EE2? I haven't compiled a final list of what is in EE3 yet for the public, but here is the short list of what is in/out;
Red Matter has been removed. It was a cosmetic tier only to give people something to aim for after Dark Matter. Dark Matter is now the top tier tech in EE3.
Collectors have been removed. A different method for passive EMC generation will be introduced in the future.
Condensers have been removed. A suitable replacement with new mechanics will be added in the future.
The Destruction Catalyst/Hyperkinetic Lens have been removed. Their functionality still exists in the Dark Matter tools.
The EMC system will remain, but it will be changed to accomodate new and more interesting mechanics.
There will be a method to move EMC around in "wires."
More configuration options will be available to both players and server admins.
EE3 will feature an API, which is not complete at this time.
A transmutation system similiar to the Transmutation Tablet will exist, but is not ready to be disclosed at this time.
Maybe once in a while you should try reading the first post. For the stuff that isn't listed in there, eventually(TM).

Oh, EE3 will be completed. He's nowhere near giving up on the mod and when he finishes, he might ask permission for EE2 to be upgraded to 1.6.4. Then, after that, he will retire from coding so he can spend more time with his family,
A quick note who are (or are thinking about) using Github to contact pahimar:
Please don't do it-Github is used to track issues, not to ask pahimar silly questions. It is not another forum-that's what this is for. I really don't want EE3 to turn into a BC-like Github, where you're not allowed to open any issues unless you're going to fix it yourself (though it is going well for them :P).
Use Twitter or here to get to pahimar unless you actually have a suggestion or a bug to report :).
(I can't seem to link the issue on Github that led me to post this because it appears that it has mysteriously disappeared.)
I'd say EE3 for Moredeth Award 2015 but only Zdoom forum goers will get that joke. Instead I will go with
-WAITING FOR EE3-
And I actually am. I think a EE3 techy submod might be a lot of fun, but the whole system would rely on DynEMC and being able to reverse lookup recipes to components that have EMC values, at least once it got going.

How do you craft stuff with the UU-matter, now that it's a liquid?
1) Wrong Topic
2) IC2 Experimental has 3 or 4 new machines to construct the liquid into solid. You also need to GET the block to copy it.(Thats why Iridium ores are in Dungeon Chests)

I dont know the Mad Pack mod pack from the ATLauncher has the pre2 h something, but there is no crafting recipe for the philosopher's stone, why is that?
and the recipes from the videos with cobblestone-diamond ore isn't equivalent?
EDIT: see what i did there
[size=medium]
1) pre2h doesn't exist.
2) Philosopher's Stone never had a recipe.
3) I don't know about the videos, but EMC values can change, especially with dynEMC...
but what about the yogsCast video for Equivalent Exchange, they showed a crafting recipe for the Philosopher's Stone.
so is this modpack even useful at all since the philosopher's stone has no recipe?
The Yogscast hasn't posted a video with Equivalent Exchange in ages. You're probably watching a video from the EE2 days, and this is EE3, which is not finished. So no, in its current state, EE3 is basically useless, but it looks like it's getting close to functional.™
I suppose I can get around to updating that...
This isn't working for me.

You can try the following link: http://198.27.69.149/jenkins/job/Equivalent Exchange 3/
That should theoretically build itself whenever a new change is pushed to Github. Theoretically.

If it isn't, so what?

Anyways, @sirnoah2: http://www.pahimar.com/blog/whats-next-for-me/ (and read the whole thing :3).

Using a 1.5.2 mod on Minecraft 1.6.4 isn't a good idea is it?
No mod is ever "Complete" There is always something to add to it

PixelQuest 2, my new 1.10 RPG/rougelike-inspired modpack, is coming soon!
2) IC2 Experimental has 3 or 4 new machines to construct the liquid into solid. You also need to GET the block to copy it.(Thats why Iridium ores are in Dungeon Chests) There is a Forgecraft 2 video on Direwolf20's channel showing how to use the Liquid UU-Matter(WARNING- May and WILL Crash your game!!)
Well, what are you trying to craft? And which pre2 version?
1) pre2h doesn't exist.

Use something called the Minium Stone instead of the Philosopher's Stone.
I forget how to craft it, so don't ask me :P.
(Also, is *anybody* going to work on that wiki? XD)
