I think that you should add tamable enderdragons hatched from the enderegg. You will feed it dark matter and for every two dark matter it will grow. At its biggest size it will breath fire and can create another enderegg by feeding it a body stone. also fried endereggs : |
I think something cool would be something similar to energy condensers still being in the game but maybe you have to put a philo stone in it for it to function and it slowly drains power from the philo stone. Or maybe it isn't loss less like there are three tiers and with tier one, 30% of all EMC you put into it goes to waste and isn't adsorbed, tier two 20%, and tier three 10%. Just an idea.
Just wondering, what do people think of divining rod? Personally, I find them a bit overpowered because of how easily they allow the player to locate ores. They don't require many resources to make and takes the chance out of mining. I'd either like to see the divining rod be nerfed or removed altogether. That's just my opinion though.
Also, if Pahimar sees this, I was wondering if it would be possible for you to post a list of the items that will be remaining. I know some items will be heavily changed, but I'm really interested to know what items will be unchanged. (Hopefully at least the swiftwolf Rending gale and Alchemy Bags?)

i keep making the same mistake, i think "oh, i've given them a few months, surely it'll be fixed by now" THAT is why i seem to ALWAYS be angry to some of you, my advice is to get the lead out.
there were nice things here, until the mod author threw a tantrum.
indeed, branch mining is easy in overworld too though, just keep going forward till you find what you're after and don't press up against the block ahead of you so lava won't kill you if you find it.
i usually do a plains for mystcraft ages, but yeah, that's how i proved factorization silver was being spawned somewhat recently before we knew it likes to be sort of rare and in huge clumps.

Just look at the HV solar array they set up on the Pahicraft server last season. They were pulling in that energy and turning it into UU matter, which is the IC equivalent to EMC. It's essentially a currency that could be used to make anything else in the game. And they were doing it to the point, were it was almost more efficient or at least faster than any of the power flower setups I've ever seen. Not only that but didn't Elo do something similar with geo's and the nether at about the same time. And while the majority of the uses could only be once (they couldn't necessarily turn things made from UU back into UU, they could depending on what they turned it into, Uranium for example, or lava, or some other fuel source. Either way, that IC solar UU matter setup was WAY more powerful than anything you could do with a power flower, simply for the fact that there were no items actually moving around only EU with the occasional ejection of stacks of UU.
Simply put, short of banning the use of EE3 with ANY other mods, there is literally NO possible way for him to stop us from creating endless EMC farms.
Ok....

yeah i think it's named equivalent exchange for a reason.

Also, to guys saying: "GTFO Condenser whiner" and stuff against others being unhappy that the condenser is taken out. You can also just friendly give them the reasons why it was taken out, as it is NOT clearly stated in the OP.
Here you go,
I haven't compiled a final list of what is in EE3 yet for the public, but here is the short list of what is in/out;
Red Matter has been removed
Collectors have been removed
Condensers have been removed
The Destruction Catalyst/Hyperkinetic Lens have been removed
The EMC system will remain, but it will be changed to accomodate new and more interesting mechanics
There will be a method to move EMC around in "wires"
More configuration options will be available to both players and server admins
EE3 will feature an API, which is not complete at this time
A transmutation system similiar to the Transmutation Tablet will exist, but is not ready to be disclosed at this time
These decisions were all made with balance in mind, and are not open to being changed. I need these things to happen in order to make this mod that much more fleshed out and fun. Trust me; you will love the end result.

Are those numbers supposed to be intimidating or something? Because all together that is only 2,742,849 EMC. Thats pocket change by EE2 standards, hell a basic 17/5 setup costs like 9.8 million and many people build a half dozen or more of them.
In any case if EE2 has taught us anything its that high cost means nothing when you can build a machine that gives you free stuff because you can just use the free stuff to build more free stuff machines ad infinitum.

the resources aren't the cost silly person, it's the few hours to craft it.

EE3 takes somewhat from FMA. EE2 and EE did not.
It doesn't have durability, so that's impossible. Unless you mean a Minium Stone.
The Philosopher Stone is supposed to have durability in EE3, though I haven't played with it due to the warnings of bugginess.

Personally, I make a Mushroom Island World with Mystcraft without caves, dungeons, or ravines for my mining worlds.
Branch mining from layers 5 to 20 without any lava or water, ever? Yes please.
Also, Extreme Hill's World for Quarries/Steve's Carts for Emeralds. Xp

We've heard this from you guys about a over 9000 times now, so can you please stop?
GTFO the both of you. If you can't be bothered to read *ANYTHING* at all then just leave and don't come back.
