Okay I'v looked and I feel silly asking about it, but are you also going to be bringing back you fishing net mod as well? I know its not part of the big brewing series and so not getting as much atention but really its what drew me to this mod in the first place and I would really like to see it make a come back.

Yes. I'm just focusing on the developing the brewing mods so I can get over with GrowthCraft Cellar completely. It will be done after Bees.
I'm going nuts waiting over this mod but don't rush. I just wanted you to know that I am so looking forward to this and I a can't wait for not only this but when it hits 1.7.
Great work, Gwafu, I eagerly await your 1.6.4 update. I love the pubs!
Do you have a Twitter account we can follow for updates? MCForums aren't very iPhone friendly.
I don't have one (other than my personal account of course) since I think the forums is already enough for posting updates. Although if the community demands it, then why not :-).
I can't really do much with the texture because it's just 2x16 pixels. Here is the closest thing I can in making it look like a rope:

Rope's better.
I would think that you wouldn't want to open up your own, personal twitter account.
You're correct---here is enough for everyone. If they follow this mod, they can just follow it here.

I would suggest either having the light and dark pixels alternate 1:1 and have them offset across the two width pixels, or just give them an even tone and go over it with a value randomizer. That would it wouldn't have that sort of depth-gauge look.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
You want a farm, you grab a hoe. You want a boat, you grab some wood. You want a fireplace, you grab A FLAMING HELL-BOULDER BECAUSE THAT'S HOW MINECRAFTERS ROLL!!!
Gosh, I kinda stopped paying attention to what gwafu was doing with the mod (to work on a huge update for my own mod) and I come back to all this awesomeness. I honestly am really looking forward to the 1.6 update. Great job gwafu!! Keep up the great work!
Will be a little bit less active in the following weekdays. School is resuming. I'll still be working on the mod (albeit a little less) and will post all of the work/updates by Friday night. Full-time work will be made on weekends.
Again:
- Bees
- Fishnet
- Implement other mods' APIs
- Work with the logos and thread presentation
- Release 1.6.x
- Work on 1.7.x (if Forge is stable for 1.7.x)
- Release 1.7.x
If you want other mods to work with GrowthCraft, post them here. I'll see if they an API which I can utilize.

I'm thinking of increasing the texture size to 4x16. I'll see what I can do :-).

You're the maker of the chocolate mod right? Thank you! :-D
Final look of the grapes.
Experimented with rendering a bit and finally got a satisfying look.
The vines/leaves doesn't need to have dirt/farmland under them, only the trunk does.
EDIT: That means you can still create patios with them as roofing.
Yessssssssssssss I've been hoping you would do something like that since I first found this mod; I planned a cute Italian restaurant in my town and this is absolutely perfect for several areas of it.
Thank you for all the work you've done making this; GrowthCraft is really a beautiful mod. I've enjoyed every minute of playing the previous releases and 1.6.4 looks to be even better. The growable apples are such a nice food source and serve as beautiful decor for a town named after the "Isle of Apples"; the vineyards, everything about this mod is both pretty and useful. Definitely one of my favorite, must-have mods that I refuse to move on without.
Looking good so far! I love the new look of the grapes in particular. Make sure your items are registered in the game registry. They won't poof for the upgrade between 1.6.4 and 1.7. :3
Some time ago i asked you about adding coffee and tea to the mod, wich is looking great btw ;), would you be interested in adding them as a later update? take your time, i know you have a lot of work already.
Great to see you back Gwafu, you and your mods have been missed! In terms of mod compatibility, I'd love to see some Thaumcraft and Natura compatibility (in terms of Natura maybe make Barley useable in the brewing process? stuff like that.)

Check out my mods! :-)
or you could not be rude and read what Gwafu already said

I will, soon-ish. :-)
