First I want to say thank you to the devs for the amazing mod (and to typhox for the 1.5.2 port of 0.5.7). Second I want to apologize to you on behalf of all the people that can't seem to read; be it previous posts, or just words in general. Not completely unrelated: every time a crash log is posted without spoiler tags, I'm confident that god kills a bunny and/or a baby seal.
Well, I'm trying to give as much info as possible, but as far as I can see, this new problem isn't leaving a crash report. If you think it should be leaving a crash report from what I described, I really don't know. There was no crash screen.
EDIT: I got a newer version of the mod, and this time Minecraft crashed on startup this the but I got a crash report:
The "ForgeModLoader-client-0.log" is always a log of your most recent session, time stamped in order of happening, crash or not. If you do a search in it for "warning" (<- does not necessarily indicate a problem) or "error" (or just read through it out of curiousity) you can usually learn a lot about what's going on.
Second:
I'm not an expert by any stretch but it looks like the problem has to do with Tinkers.
2 things from your crash log might help:
Looks like your forge and Tinker's are both out of date: TConstruct{1.5.1_1.3.4.3} MinecraftForge7.8.0.734
You might want to try using a newer version of both. Tinker's latest is 1.4.1, and the recommended forge for 1.5.2 is 7.8.1.737 (latest for it is 738).
I don't know if this will help, but it's all I can offer.
EDIT:
I just did 2 test scenarios. One with forge 7.8.1.737, BOP 0.5.7, and Tinker's 1.4.1, and the other the same version of BOP and Tinker's but your version of forge. Both loaded MC and worlds with no problem.
So it looks like your version of Tinker's (which according to the log isn't even for 1.5.2) is probably the culprit.
I really wanted to use this over ExtraBiomesXl and I see that you say there is thaumcraft support But Flying around my world in creative I have not found a single Silverwood tree yet..
Is there a way to adjust the spawn rate of aura nodes or silverwood trees in the BOP Biomes? Either the silverwood trees are not spawning at all in the new biomes or are extremely rare. I have not had a chance to check for auras yet but its very very important for thaumcraft that these things are present in the world in the correct numbers the mod author intended them to be.

They spawn even without the integration, so it's probably something on their end.

I use Thaumcraft and BoP together currently, and have had no issues with things not spawning. Silverwood and Greatwood trees spawn normally, as do Aura nodes.
Either something on your end is preventing them from spawning like they should be - which wouldn't be Biomes O' Plenty - or you're just having some bad luck finding them.
It should go without asking, but this is within a new world with both BoP and Thaumcraft installed before generation, yes? If you're installing Thaumcraft after BoP has generated the map, you won't find trees or nodes in the already generated chunks. There is an option in Thaumcraft's configuration that allows you to regenerate the ores, trees, and nodes even in already-discovered chunks, so you won't have to restart your world if you're already using one.
Is there acutally any wiki or something similiar with all the infos containing from this mod? This mod has so much stuff that's not even mentioned in the OP.
I had started one a while back, but never got around to adding much to it aside from a few biome details.
The mountains are definitely looking better and more craggy. Will the coral reef / kelp forest biomes be returning ever?
Eventually. We want to finish the main terrain stuff we have planned before finishing the ocean sub-biomes. The stuff we have planned is a lot more exciting, so we want to get it done as soon as possible.
Does anybody have an explanitation why biomes o plenty want work with my computer, unless i am doing something wrong explain?
I have used about 6 versions of forge (all for 1.6.2) and both 0.5.6-7 of biomes o plenty they all come up with a crash report, Yes i have also tested if millineare was the problem and it does not cause problems.
Here is the report again, please help me I get the same thing every time! I love this mod on 1.5.2.

I am running the almost exact same as you, os x 10.8.4, java 1.6.0_51, forge 9.10.0.799 and millenaire 5.1.6 - all working fine.
Did you make sure to delete any old /config/biomesOPlenty.cfg files? They can sometimes cause issues with newer biomesoplenty versions.
Did you do a clean install, as in delete all your old stuff?
I removed all my old 1.5.X files and folders.
Then, used the new 1.6.2 launcher to get all clean Minecraft files.
Next, used the forge installer to add the forge profile to the minecraft launcher.
I then applied MCPatcher 4.1.0_04.
Last, I placed all mods in /mods folder and BiomesOPlenty worked fine.

Any Mac friends having trouble installing forge on your minecraft_server.jar files? Check out my script that lets you do it easily with one simple click! For more info look here http://www.minecraft...-click-install/
I went back a few pages but didn't see anything covering this.....but is there any new problems with oil populating from Buildcraft using the newer versions of BoP? I'm having massive problems finding oil. I've found a very few small patches (no wells) in the desert, and ZERO in any other biome except oceans. Anyone else seeing this?
I updated both TC and Forge, (By the way, everything was working fine before with everything the exact same except with BoP) but still the same problem. My ForgeModLoader-client-0 is apparently too long to post. What do I do?
I am running the almost exact same as you, os x 10.8.4, java 1.6.0_51, forge 9.10.0.799 and millenaire 5.1.6 - all working fine.

Well I had tripled checked everything in deleting old files originally, however a complete deletion of the whole game was a good idea as for now its running again! Thanks for the help, I wonder where the problem was however?

Love this mod, spectacular. i do have a suggestion though, allow saplings and flowers/other plants from this mod to be placed in the flower pot. why? cause i would be pretty :3 and have a nice indoor garden idk but yeah, that would be an awesome little add-on
I'll be adding a guide on how to use it with the next update. Adubbz apparently had one of the crafting recipes wrong, so it's not even possible to use in the current version. >_>
**Figured it out thanks to Forstride in IRC. I had a sapling in my hand tried to destroy a block (block doesn't matter) game crashes since its not top.

Had me scared there for a second! I guess you know how much Mac people hate that.
I updated both TC and Forge, (By the way, everything was working fine before with everything the exact same except with BoP) but still the same problem. My ForgeModLoader-client-0 is apparently too long to post. What do I do?

I'll be adding a guide on how to use it with the next update. Adubbz apparently had one of the crafting recipes wrong, so it's not even possible to use in the current version. >_>
also can you make only one biome appear?

**Figured it out thanks to Forstride in IRC. I had a sapling in my hand tried to destroy a block (block doesn't matter) game crashes since its not top.
