I would like to try your mod but it is not working for me. I have tried both forge universal and forge source and neither work.

Like steevmau, my game always crash due to mobs breaking the glass panels or glass blocks. This kinda sucks because I would have to always start a new world. Only sometimes can I relog in and as a new character back into the old world... My solution to this problem was to not place any glass panels/blocks in my world, although it does kinda sucks when you're building a green house and you cant make it out of glass blocks, just fences. Like everyone else here, I love this mod. I really dont understand y its not popular or y it doesnt have more fans. The difficulty it adds is awesome and should be in minecraft. As of right now in MC 1.4.2, it is really easy. Mobs r supposed to be harder, but thats not really true. MC is really boring without the life of your mod, please do resume your work and not give up on this mod. If i may, my suggestion for your next release is to include the ability for mobs to break down even iron doors ( mobs carry iron weapons, so y not?), and make it so that mobs can also dig through blocks to bypass walls (as of now, they cant do anything if u build a wall around your house) or if that is considered too cheating, y not give them the ability to all climb (just like spiders). I love how you have your mod set up, as it does not clash with any of my other mods iin 1.3.2 at all; the only real downside was the villager textures and the mob-breaking-glass bug. Thankyou and please do resume your work.
yeah... its kinda sad since this was a must for minecraft too. It added so much life (difficulty/variety) to minecraft. Loved how animals actually behaved like animals (running away from abusers and eating up wheat farms).
I got though modes, where I play/code minecraft, then I don't. I will be re-releasing a complete recode of this mod, under a general maximumtech's mods thread at some point.
I think skeletons should run from wolves if you have one, because doggy wants a bone. Also it would be cool if creepers ran from cats. And wolves could use an AI update like done here.
Also, i dont know if this is already a feature but i think zombie bites should have a chance of giving you hunger like eating the meat. I also think cave spiders should be a little faster/ maybe poison last a little longer.
My two cents ^^ great work keep it up hope to see it in the mod folder soon!You should make a wiki or update this page so that it will be organized by what has been added to each mob, not by which update. So have a spoiler section for each mob and add new content in each update under each mob that was changed or something like that =]
This mod looks awesome, normal monsters are too easy even on hard- now we have an even better reason to make a good shelter. It could use some customization options, though, like if I want skeletons to spawn with armor at a higher or lower rate or something like that.

I think due to the "Smarter AI" update for mobs, allowing them to wield armor and items prier to 1.4 ruined the mod, I think it could be rewritten, but would take a long time.

by the way i LOVE dis mod.
My mobs are to easy and my villagers need to defend themselfs and all the other features of this wonderful mod!
