As far as I can tell it seems to work with Forge ModLoader, but I run into an error where it is complaining that the Stone Bow class doesn't exist. Unfortunately it causes a crash so I can't tell past that whether it will work or not, but again it seems to.
Also, if you use IC2 you can save the excess cobble and throw it into a recycler for scrap. Last that I checked you had a 12.5% chance to get scrap from anything that you threw in to the recycler. Means that you should get about 8 scrap for every full stack of cobble that you throw into it.

This should be resolved in the next update which I guarantee will be soon.

Didn't mind about the bow crash. I just thought it was bomb that you were adding a stone bow as an option. With the bow being probably my favorite weapon, I am usually disappointed to find that most mods seem to forget about it when adding new tools, weapons, and armor. I know nothing about Java or modding MC, but I would guess that it might just be causing an error because I was using the ModLoader version with Forge. And while I don't know the technicalities of either, I have noticed that they treat the same mods a little bit differently. That's what I get for being an adventurous rebel.
As far as getting the bow to animate correctly, I know that the mod bow in Invasion Mod(http://www.minecraft...s-tough-do-you/)animates when you pull it. Maybe they might be able to help you out with that one. I'd give it a shot except for my very limited programming experience.
You'll notice I used apology apples in this bumpdate. I know I said I'd have the Forge compatibility by now, however I did not expect to have to rewrite every little thing I wrote in ModLoader in a totally different language. Let me put it this way: ModLoader took like one sentence for each tool, Forge takes a whole page for each tool, plus a a whole freaking article on the base mod. I am not giving up on Forge tho, you will have the new CobbleCraft and it WILL be Forge compatible. But I estimate it will take about a week. I have the same problem HelloMan3500 has. I'm using no other mods and I'm 100% sure my modloader and minecraft versions are correct. We need your help, Channel_3!
not asking for an update i was just wondering if you are going to continue this mod. i think it is a fantastic idea especially for things like skyblock that only give you cobble. also i have been trying and trying to find a cobblestone armor mod that doesnt crash my game. would you ever consider putting in a crappy armor set made of just cobble?
