now i cant op my self nor anything i did what you told me but nothing i found a ops.txt where i put my minecraft.exe but i put it on the server folder but it wont work
Leave the ops.txt where it is. And then put your name at the top :)... Making it so the ops.txt is inside of .minecraft in the next update though.
I would really recommend learning how to install and administer a bukkit server before trying this out. http://wiki.bukkit.org/Setting_up_a_server
After you've done that then try to use this mod.

Ok well i decided to reinstall and all, but i got a error, but it only blinked there so all i saw was "ops.txt" and then it went to Loading World and its stuck at 28%
On the right left side of the welcome center you get once you open start -> right click computer -> properties do you see an advanced settings or preferences?

Can you go to minecraft.net/download and get the Linux version of the game. Then put it on your desktop, Windows Key + R, cmd, type cd Desktop. press enter, java -jar minecraft.jar and tell me if there are any errors?
BUG: Worlds dont save even if you do save-all or save-on. Found this one after working for about an hour on my adventure map.
Saving fine here. I checked in Windows last night and it was saving all right. When did you install the mod? The saving bug was fixed really really late last night. Like 5AM CST.

Note for your Mac tutorial, instead of typing "/Users/usernamehere/Library/Application Support/minecraft/bin/"
Use "~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/bin/"
The ~ is short for "/Users/usernamehere" since some usenames are different than the account name.
Oh and this mod is great! Diamonds to you!
