I think I will give this a shot again, I Iike the removal of UE, not for anything against Calclavia, or the idea in UE, but simply the overhead.
You seem like a genuinely nice guy aidancbrady, and it is apparent that you have done amazing things with this mod; I hope you continue to update it and find joy in doing so.
Good luck with 1.7
The new machines in the dev version look tantalizingly cool, but so far I haven't been able to divine their secrets... Any hints, Aidancbrady?
Specifically, how does one use the chemical infuser, the oxidizer, etc... how do we get hydrogen chloride? I know hydrogen comes from the electrolytic separator (or at least it used to...) Chlorine from... ? I'd guess salt (NaCl) but there isn't any. Hints? Suggestions?

I like that this mod has a full tech tree unlike some which add just one function and piggyback off of other mods. The last time I tried it however (quite a few versions back) it spawned lapis and glowstone-armored zombies all over the world which i did not like one bit. Is that still a thing?
Hello, aidancbrady! Your mod is amazing. I like it very much for its convinient and very cool stuff
but why did you put FMP support in the 6th version of mekanism? It crashes my minecraft with permgen space error explanation. When i had 5.6.0 version on the same modpack this error did not exist.
P.S. When i tried to install only FMP on my modpack i have the same permgen space error.

Sorry for my BAD ENGLISH.
Most likely you haven't allocated enough PermGen memory to Minecraft. Simply add "XX:MaxPermSize=256" to the JVM Arguments option of the MC launcher and you're good to go!

I for one, who am all for a 1.7 release of all my favorite mods, also know that realistically it will be at least another month before the small mods update, and longer for the big names. So as far as Mekanism v6 is concerned, my vote is a 1.6.4 release. Scuba gear, balloons?! awesome btw
I'm with Gnomeknows on this one. I used to grab the nightly builds on the UE site when it was easy to see the changes each build introduced, etc. So I don't especially want to download this, get started on a world, then see V6 release immediately after and have to start all over. So I've been waiting... and waiting... and waiting... and then I see you might wait until the 1.7 port and my patience organ explodes.
Hmm... the chemical machines are driving me nuts. Aidancbrady... can you drop just a little hint?
So far I've figured out that I can get sulfur dioxide from running sulfur dust through the Chem. Oxidizer. Then I pipe that into a Rotary Condensentrator and then convert it to a gas.
That SO2 gas goes into a chemical infuser along with some oxygen, and I get Sulfur Trioxide.
Sulfur Trioxide plus water vapor (which I get from running water through the condensentrator) gives me sulfuric acid... wonderful.
That's where I'm stuck at the moment... anyone?
Edit: Ok so I stumbled across the way to get hydrogen chloride: lava in an electrolytic separator will give you hydrogen and chlorine. Pipe those two into a chem. infuser and you've got Hydrogen Chloride. Ta da.

aidancbrady, I have a question: Where can I find old builds?
I'm about to release a Space Station made with Galacticraft and Mekanism, both for 1.6.2 and 1.6.4, I need the builds #211 and #664 of Mekanism. It seems the old repos is not available, but I have the files. I guess I will need to give the files along with the world file, but I prefer to link to the actual mod downloads.
What if I could attach more balloons so the mob could fly higher and then I could shoot arrows at the balloons to make the mob fa...... okay, I'm a bad person, evil, and don't deserve any love. D:<
Is there a secret trick to the auto-eject? no matter what I do it won't auto-eject to either a chest or a ME interface. Same with import buses on the back of the energized smelter.

I believe you need to change the output side using a tool in Mekanism. Can't remember which one though.
I am really excited about using this mod but I have a small (possible) incompatablility issue. Not sure what it is exactly. But here goes. When I use this mod with my current modpack which included Karyonix GLSL Shaders and Sonic Ethers Shaders my game slows down to about 3 FPS. If I disable Sonic Ethers Shaders then I get my normal 37 FPS. Is there something in Mekanism that could be interferring with my shaders? Thanks for any help in advanced!!
Edit: I just realized that its only Sonic Ethers specific shaders and not Sildurs shaders for instance. Something about v10 Sonic Ether that is causing the slow down. If anyone has any ideas why let me know. Thanks!!
I have a little problem with the Jetpack. Moving up and down in hover mode still uses Space and LShift although I'm using Num0 and RCtrl for jumping and sneaking. I reported this on Github a while ago and the issue has been closed but with version 5.7.0.11 height control seems to use hard coded keys.
As a left handed person I want to have movement controls to the right side of the keyboard.
