The items in this mod look so perfect that they could very well blend in with vanilla, but that trend ends with the mobs. Why do they look so... Anti-Minecraft? They look like they jumped directly out of an anime, which seems really odd in Minecraft.

Now look, buddy. I'm an Engineer. That means I solve problems. Not problems like 'what is beauty', because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy. I solve practical problems. Like, how am I going to stop some big, mean mother-hubbard from tearing me a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer: Use a gun. And if that don't work: Use more gun. Like this heavy-caliber, tripod-mounted little ol' number designed by me. Built by me. And you'd best hope, not pointed at you.
Have you thought of making an addon for GoG3? what it would do is serve as an optional mod (specifically for GoG3) that adds more monster girls, npc's, items and even more trophies. Mainly monster girls that were:
-From older versions
-unimplemented ideas
-even rejected ideas
This would be neat for some of my old/rejected ideas like the metal girl and bedrock golem and maybe other people who had ideas for new additions like tameables.

I actually thought about it myself... But as I don't have the old source I am not really able to make such a thing myself.

Well... There are so many ideas that they would fill up a mod... the "optional mod" would then some day become it's own mod due to the amount of ideas people give out... to the point of it having more content than the actual mod. (if you get what I mean)

True, however I've seen very few suggestions. maybe just keeping the addon size to a minimun?

I've talked to Silentine a few times in the past about this. There is a good amount of mobs that have been removed from the mod to make room for new ones. If you count those and I know Silentine has a few others made that he just never added like Weresheep, could add up to an ok sized addon.
He's told me that a lot of the codding now is done by other people like Mrbysco and he doesn't want to push more onto them and that just keeping GoG running is a lot. But if Mrbysco and who ever else is doing the coding is up to working on an addon we could talk to Silentine about it

I won't push anyone to make things. I know that whatever MrBysco does as far as addons go is up to him.
You've awoken on this barren wasteland planet, a civilization once ruled and proud, but where is everyone? All the buildings are empty, nothing remains, all that can be seen is mass hordes in all directions of zombies, skeletons and other creatures never before seen. Inside isn't safe, Outside isn't safe, what will u do to survive this planet and escape? Can you survive the 1st day without death claiming you?
There is no natural light, when night time comes it's pitch black, no moon light and all that is heard is the scratching and moaning of whats around lurking to destroy you. Mining reveals unbeknownst horrors from the rocks just waiting to come out and devour your soul. Puddles of liquid blue or purple are not water, but also intent on harming you.
The answer to your question is that it prevents trolls from modifying the pages.
1. I don't always type in all caps. Only four words were in all caps!
2. Trolls, huh? The mod creator must be DEAD SET on locking them. But then again, other wikis don't have a stupid complete lockdown to normal users! Maybe just Wikia Contributors and banned people are locked out?

You're being awfully rude for calling the mod maker's decisions stupid. They're allowed to do as they please with their mod and their wiki.
Sometimes people would prefer misinformation not be spread. Honestly, information directly from the mod author is better than 2nd hand information from someone who might know something or speculates.
A majority of Wikis that I deal with are about games that don't have creator/author contribution and are based on experience or fact.
Regardless, a wikia for a minecraft mod doesn't really need other contributors.
Just curious about any updates on progress on the mod to 1.9//1.10
I've been playing around with it a little over the last few days, so far the change from 1.8 -> 1.10 seems pretty easy. Some of the basic things look like they work already, though it's still going to take us a bit of work altogether.
This is most excellent, my modpack just feels so empty without GOG and the evilness all ready has been increased thanks to 1.10 an this will be 1 of a few mods that will add some finishing touches to the pack.

Why is EVERY SINGLE ARTICLE on the wiki LOCKED?
Why must you always type in caps?
The answer to your question is that it prevents trolls from modifying the pages.
Please don't PM me asking for help, I will just redirect you to the appropriate forum, where there are others who are far more skilled than me.
This is not the signature you are looking for.

Whoops! And I'm extending this reply so that it wouldn't be too short...
Oh, it's you again. I'm going to regret responding, but...
What do you need to edit the Wiki for, that you can't simply post about here for the author to fix? It seems pretty up-to-date as it is.
