I had this too with another mod. Happens when there is a conflict in item IDs, for some reason Redpower doesn't handle it very gracefully.

I have never encountered such a problem while using RP2. I did encounter a conflict while using Forestry for Minecraft though because my mod shares the use of same item IDs within the 5k range. I might change it again in the future but I wish to avoid doing so.

Basically, you need MobSpawnControls. You need to replace two files, DefaultSpawnConfiguration.txt and world\SpawnConfiguration.txt
Though, it was done with MoCreatures added in mind because Grimoire of Gaia mobs are set to super rare.
Also MoCreatures will do buggy things like spawning mobs until you run out of memory if you don't disable its custom spawner and set every mob to 1 and every cap to 0 in MoCreatures.cfg.

I think its hard too keep up with the monsters the first few
days. (playing without mods and maybe not good enough xD)
But its fun to play with and i hope to see more cute and cool monsters
in minecraft with this.

I cannot add it, sorry. It sounds like a furry-Homestuck OC in which would not fit in this mod (Mind you that is what I feel with your discription). The mobs in the mod are mostly based on characters/monsters which already exist in myth and have a general idea (Creeper/Ender Girl).
No can do. I am busy and only focus on releasing updates when a new version of Minecraft is released or a major bug is detected. Minecraft is not the only thing I work on nor do I play it as frequently .
Can made some tameable mob for this mod please?cuz the hostile mob is many n strong .I juz hope to have some mob that will fight together with me

Love this mod, the monsters are really cool even though to be completely honest I don't really try to fight them that much. I will also admit that I hope you never fix the spawning in daylight "bug" since that ends up meaning monsters spawning inside towns and houses no matter how well lit, something I don't personally care for.
My only wish is that more of the mobs had "idle" version spawner drops. Vampires especially, but I'd be in heaven if every mob had such a drop.

I might add an Angel or Fallen Angel. I have nothing spawing in the very high-up Y coordinates.

Nope. Though you can find Spawner Items and Scrolls which spawn Peaceful versions of Creeper/Ender and Slime girls and a Merchant.
