Hi! This mod is awesome! I have one little problem that I hope somebody is going to help me resolve. How do You increase the barrel capacity from 64 stacks to ... let's say 128 stacks? PLEASE HELP!
@EDIT
Found the barrel upgrade... Derpy ME! Sorry for the spam :/
@EDIT 2
Sorry for the spam guys! I have another problem... The image of the item in the barrel doesn't show on the actual side of the barrel. Is this a glitch and is there a fix to that?
Sometimes the "facing" of the barrel gets wonky. Just pick the barrel up and set it down again and it should be facing you, then it will show the picture. Basically it only depicts the items on the "front" of the barrel
Doing some advance planning to moving my factorization setup to another location and have a couple questions-
Do the mirrors need to be on the same height as the solar generator?
Will glass block the "light" they reflect?
Don't know about glass, but I've seen people build an inverted cone to increase the number of mirrors on one generator, so there is a bit of play in the height.
So basically I need to replace the barrel? Also, if I destroy the barrel will the items fall on the ground or will the items stay in the actual barrel? BTW. Thanks for the answer anyway.
The items drop out of the barrel, and you aren't destroying the barrel, you can "pick" it up and reuse it, just the items drop out.
Just reporting a crash, when I add this mod to my test instance in MultiMC (I always create a new instance for tests now), I get a nullpointerexception, the only other mod that I have in the list right now is RedPower2 and I use Forge .491 for MC 1.4.7 which is needed for RP2 to work correctly. I got another MultiMC instance with more than 60 mods that works #1 using nearly all the list at http://www.mmo-champ...threads/1210470 but if I add Factorization 0.7.10 I get the same Nullpointer exception so I know its either Factorization or RP2
Here's the crash report from my test instance with only RP2 and Factorization 0.7.10 :

I run MC with you setup and I saw at the log that shown there are some conflicts in IDs due to RedPower not enjoying when other mods try to use the IDs that it wants. I personally ran both of these on 1.4.6 and 489 but I have updated for a test before to 1.4.7 and the latest forge and again all worked fine. I use my own IDs for all the mods and never let them choose their own. Try to alter the Ids and see if that will help.
These are 3 reports I got with your setup.
The first is when the setup is fresh and there are no config. The game loads fine but in the report there seem to be ID conflicts. http://paste.ubuntu.com/1489973/
The second is when I run the game a second time and of course any time after the first run. It gives me what gave you http://paste.ubuntu.com/1489986/
The third is when I use my personal altered configs with the IDs I have from my own mod copmpilation and the game starts normally http://paste.ubuntu.com/1489997/
Looks like the issue is :
[SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] Caught exception from RedPowerCompat
java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid shaped ore recipe: BBB, G , ZMZ, B, ingotBrass, G, aki@51d1d995, Z, 1xnull@0, M, null, 1xnull@0
at net.minecraftforge.oredict.ShapedOreRecipe.<init>(ShapedOreRecipe.java:116)
I seem to have solved the issue, it wasn't really clear that it was related to a ID conflict, usually it stops with a conflict ID report that is easy to see and fix, now I've changed all the conflicting IDs in RP2 and it seems to work #1, such a pain to get all the ID fixed, now I've even loaded a backup of my actual server map in a test world save and it works, everything seems to be where it should be at least. Thanks to NEI for easy available ID map list, its not always 100% accurate, but it helps a lot when you have to change a load of IDs.
I have a bug report. I am using the Feed the beast Direwolf20 modpack. I am attempting to make a sorting system involving redpower tubes and barrels. For some reason with the latest version of the pack redpower does not seem to recognize the barrels as having space for more than a single stack of something. If I have tubes on top of two barrels for example, it will put one stack of say cobble in one, and the next in the other. if a third stack is introduced to the system it goes back into the transposer/filter I am using to pull out of a chest and jams the system. I checked this in the previous version of the pack and it works there, but not the latest.
Edit: I figured out my problem, apparently it only happens if I try to input into the bottom of a barrel. Sorry about that

I'm not sure if that could help, but here's the link to my RP2 configuration file, I used IDs in the 400 range and it works, it won't work if you already used the 400 range of ID of course but perhaps you'll have success with it, just replace your RP2.cfg file in the config/redpower folder.
Edited because I've had some conflicting IDs that prevented some RP2 tools to spawn, corrected the IDs so now it should work, did a load of tests and it works like it should now
Do I change the ids on redpower or factorization. What range of numbers is best?
I changed the RP ones, because I already had a world that used Factorization. Overall, though it shouldn't matter. The range will depend on what is empty. Block IDs can be anything upto 4096. Item IDs, not sure the upper limit, But I have seen some in the 20000's. My RP has items in the 10000 range.
in my factorization config i used: and there aren't any blocks around those IDs. not even near. so they're free, as far as i can tell
Check the Item IDs as well. Then check the RP Item IDs. It is likely that many of them are set to a common ID (768 in my case). You will have to change those so that each item has an unique ID. Then to make sure that factorization and RP or any other mods are not conflicting.
EDIT: To both, I would suggest keeping the Item IDs above 4096. This doesn't use up the Block IDs, which are quite limited, unlike the Item IDs.

I got the same error from Red Power, but as MultiMC told me it was actually a conflict with Forestry and not Red Power.
Unfortunately, No. Just remember, Item IDs are also part of the conflict.
Do I change the ids on redpower or factorization. What range of numbers is best?

--- END ERROR REPORT 9e103a9 ----------
http://www.mediafire.com/?kzcxxdmc86rj6n7
Edited because I've had some conflicting IDs that prevented some RP2 tools to spawn, corrected the IDs so now it should work, did a load of tests and it works like it should now
I changed the RP ones, because I already had a world that used Factorization. Overall, though it shouldn't matter. The range will depend on what is empty. Block IDs can be anything upto 4096. Item IDs, not sure the upper limit, But I have seen some in the 20000's. My RP has items in the 10000 range.
But there is the problem. He might not have those IDs free at all.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! This really helped, and saved me a lot of time testing out ID's.
Kinda off topic, but could you spoiler your error reports, please, as I did in the quote? (
*Report*
) It would really make going through the thread easier.
I Tried to make bronze blend and it made bronze dust
