i have a Idea of the mutant PLAYER witch you can turn into but only for 1 min and has a 5 mins countdown
Attacks:
1.the player picks up a mob and throws it causing 10 hearts of damage (medium attack) key to press:O
2.the player just punches the annimal causing the same amount of damage as an iron sword (light attack) key to press:left mous button
3.the player jumps in the air causing a explosion when it lands (heavy attack) key to press:J
to transform into the mutant player you need to throw chamical x on you however you wont transform directly you will have to press M to transform for 1 min and once finished 5 mins countdown
the player has 60 hearts of health so yeah
NOTE:mobs will still be agro to you.

if you were able to use chemical x on yourself and for about a minute and a half you had the powers
of the zombie mutant with the look of your characters skin.

You can disable the Zombie and the creeper in the config file, and you can change their spawnrate too.
Snow golems don't spawn naturally, you will need to made manually

When the Mutant Zombie was added I thought: "I know, why not a mutant Skeleton?"
Than I thought of the others, these are just some really crazy ideas I came up with...
Mutant Skeleton:
A giant bonepile kinda like Stallord from Zelda Twilight Princess or Cortez from Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door. Maybe like this but with some changes...
It would be able to throw pieces of itself to make Skeleton minions it also has multiple arms wielding weapons.
Also when you bring it's health down completely it shatters into several pieces and you have to destroy the pieces quickly or else it will put itself back together and you have to fight it all over again.
Mutant Iron Golem:
Think of it as the Iron Giant+Optimus Prime+Golurk from Pokemon+Big Guy+Megazord+Ironman.
Maybe similiar to this shape but a more ironblock color and more machine-like
Flies Jetpack style, has incredible hulk-like strength, Rocket launchers/Rocket Punch maybe? Earthquake/Shockwave attack, Falcon Punch?(does huge knockback), can be given weapons maybe?
Also I'm thinking it can be healed by either giving it fuel or making a recovery station block for it.
Mutant Slimes and Magma Cubes:
A huge mass that captures any mob it touches, consumes it, restores it's health for doing so and gets even bigger. Hurl slimeballs at you if big enough, stick to walls as well as climbing up walls, can send smaller Slime mutants as minions and they can get bigger. The bigger they are, the more damage they do. Maybe the tiny ones can be made as pets...? (IDK)
Mutant Magma Cubes are the same as Slimes but can jump high and sets fire to whatever they touch, they also hate water.
Another thing, touching it is like touching lava where it does damage and sets you on fire.
Mutant Ghast: It would basically be like Phantoon from Super Metroid/Metroid Other M...
It would be more ghostly, VERY BIG, can phase though blocks (not destroy them like the Ender Dragon), shoots multiple fireballs, can become invisble for a short period of time, fireballs can inflict negetive effects, interferes with redstone if nearby (possibly a very bad idea).
Maybe drops an item that allows you to do ghostly features...
Mutant Witch: A Dark Dangerous Sorceress. Emmits dark aura particles for looks.
Summons undead mobs as minions or maybe has inanimate objects come to life like spell books that cast curses and cauldrons that hurl bad stuff at you.
Corrupts other mobs to attack you.
Has a huge arsenal of spells and rituals like fire spells, thunderbolt, knockback, stealing HP, casting potion effects, etc.
Finally by killing her maybe you can get her spellbook, or a special cauldron, or maybe a magic item/talisman, potions, or enchanted items.
Mutant Zombie Pigman: Barbarians of the Nether, they're peaceful until you or any mob hits it...
They're like Mutant Zombies where they're big and hulking but the Pigmen are more like gladiator warriors, wearing armor and wielding large weapons (Hammer or Axe), also they're more complex where you can choose to be either with them or against them.
If your with them they can become your comrades in battle, you can even trade with them, also you can heal them with any food.
But if your against them, they take a lot of hits, have a chance to drop their amazing armor or weapons, they can call for help, and can punch blocks away if your hiding behind a wall (their punches are like creeper explosions).
Mutant Wither Skeleton: A skeleton with the touch of death, a disaster if it enters the overworld...
It's appearence could be like the Grim Reaper and it carries a Scythe that can do damage and affect the enviornment at the same time.
Since it's a skeleton that has the name "Wither", why not make it a disease carrier? So now it's a skeleton that carries a plague however that does not mean you can't contain it.
The Mutant Wither Skeleton if it ever enters the overworld it equals disastrous results.
Certain blocks it touches gets changed:
Dirt/Grass=Mycelium
Sand=Soul Sand
Tall Grass, Flowers=Mushrooms
Stone, Clay=Netherrack
Stone Brick, Bricks=Nether Brick
Wheat, Carrots, Potatos=Nether Warts
They will also turn Normal Skeletons into Wither Skeletons giving you a better chance to obtain Wither Skulls.
While fighting it, it will try to either melee attack you with it's sycthe if your close, the scythe will inflict the Wither effect.
If your farther away from it, it'll try to shoot a dark spell that causes the Wither effect, but if it misses the projectile will change the blocks it hits (if the blocks can be changed).
Once you vanquish the Mutant Wither Skeleton, it will drop it's scythe, which you can use to either change overworld blocks to nether blocks or you can change the scythe to a hoe that does the opposite effects to the blocks. I'm thinking maybe by putting in a crafting table with a Ghast Tear for the hoe and Nether Wart for the scythe.
BTW I like Equeon's idea of the Mutant Spider and Mutant Silverfish.

That's the problem, I did. It was 110 by default, and I changed it to 120. Same result. I checked the AVP IDs and they're not conflicting.
