Though not relevant to what you said, this post confirms that you were looking at this page AFTER ragebreaker11 left his error report (which I then stated I had seen as well), only to ignore it. please try to help at or at least acknowledge people who want help.
It was installed correctly for me at least and nothing in the op helped fix it.
Inside of .minecraft should be a TF2dispenser.cfg file. change the block Id's there.

Do I need modloader (not modloader MP), and if so, what version are you using?
Is there a graphics/gameplay setting that could cause this crash?
The file you need is /SSP or Singleplayer/ModernWarfare. Don't extract the files IN the folder, just put the ModernWarfare folder inside of 'mods.'

That's the problem. I did exactly that and am still getting the error. So no, it was not resolved. In fact, that is a completely different error report for a different version. Nevermind. It turns out ONLY when using mcpatcher does this error come up. What I crossed out however is still valid, you didn't really help by showing how you resolved a completely different error.
I have a simple question,do you need to modify anything on your end to allow certain mobs to wield weapons? e.g as you can see from my banner below,it is a mod called LittleMaidMob,they are essentially maids which can do things for you such as cooking using a furnace,storing picked up objects in chests,wielding vanilla minecraft weapons and attacking/defending against hostile mobs.

Sorry, but that's my point. MCPatcher puts the files directly into 'minecraft.jar,' that makes my mod incompatible, as my own classes are in their own package. You're supposed to put the 'ModernWarfare' folder in 'mods,' not put the file's contents/entire zip into 'minecraft.jar'

Sent the mail but got no answer, guess I have to ask here.

Got some strange multiplayer bugs.
First - the server kicks me out when I press the "i" key, no matter how - even in chat.
Second - after the weapon is reloaded, it won't damage mobs, any other weapon won't either and the rockets won't explode. The only thing that helps is a server restart.
What is going on and how can I fix it?

What may be wrong?
Weapon accuracy is awful. I have to shoot approx. 5 rounds to hit anything point blank with the exception of the sinper w/scope which is dead accurate.
Rocket shoots backward and straight down at your feet.
Shooting sniper rifle (no scope) at damaged ground repaired damage done by the rocket to the earth. (each shot added a block back, or snow etc.. or maybe it was just adding random blocks...idk)

For parachute, put the parachute onto the chest area slot in the inventory for armor. Then to use it press P to activate it. You can even see the 3D model in third person. To use the jet pack, equip it like you did with the parachute, and be sure to have buckets of oil in your inventory as fuel. Then, to activate the jet pack, double-tap the space-bar to start flying.

guns make gun sound effect
guns aggro what ever you aim at
guns do no damage
guns have no animation of hit or sound effect of colision
atvs are craftable
riding an atv works client side only upon disembarking you are teleported to where you got on, for all other players you seem not to move
scubba tanks are craftable
scubba tanks top up your air (possibly client side only?)
you still drown
havent tried turrets yet

1. The scuba tank does glitch a lot, and I think it has something to do with Client/Server handling.
2. Guns not working after a while -- mixture of glitchy Forge entity handling AND your processor. Should be fixed after 1.3
3. ATV is not my problem, it worked fine in ModLoaderMP, must be something wrong with Forge. Not sure why that would be happening.
4. Turrets work fine, tested.
