This may be a very nooby question.... How do I save my pixelmon.cfg file? I want to change the spawn rates of pokemon. But when I finish and check it, it goes back to the original spawn rates. I've tried pressing Ctrl and S on my keyboard, that didn't work. And when I look around in the file, I don't see anything that says "Save". Is there another way to save the file?

Hey just wondering, is there gonna be pre-generated buildings by the pixelmon mod(im not gonna look throught 549 pages of stuff) something like a pokemon center and maybe spawn gyms every couple chunks? i think it might add a lot to the mod. Anyway just some suggestions. i might be wrong on some stuff( dont hate pls)

Hi. I recently installed this mod on 1.6.2 (forge works properly and everything) but whenever I select a starter, I crash. I've tried this with Eevee and Charmander. Here's the report...


I have no other mods installed. Latest version of 1.6.2 Forge and the mod. I can launch the world back up just fine, but whenever I try to select a starter again, it crashes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I tried a fix related to changing the DataBase Checks to "False" in the config, however, they were already set to False, and I have not found any other fixes for this.

Pokemon centres do randomly spawn throughout the map in various biomes, not too sure about gyms but I'm fairly certain they don't spawn naturally.

All pixelmon blocks/items that spawn in a world will only spawn in chunks generated while pixelmon was installed. So a new world or new chunks are necessary

You should make a mode for tall grass so that pokemon pop out of tall grass and attack instead of the player choosing which pokemon to fight. You should also make different tall grass types that spawn different pokemon, so like bug grass ect. Annnnd. make pokemon spawn from water and fight and in caves! That would be awesome.

If you want to play the pokemon games then buy a gameboy. We aren't planning on making our mod exactly like them...

I mean like a mode in the config. Otherwise people just choose the rarer mobs instead of having to go past seas upon seas of karps.

Is the thing about not being able to look around and move while battling being worked on? It would be very handy to be able to move around and and look at stuff while in a battle. Then when it is your turn, the GUI thing pops back up and the player can do his moves and stuff.

I have a suggestion. Could put in gyms that spawn boss trainers like Giovanni, Brock, misty ect.
