That's not a bug lol. I completely changed the mining system to allow for that. It's a lot slower with your hands, though.
Really? It works fine for me. Did you change the button, because re-installing would probably switch the shop button back to R. You didn't try to install this into 1.2.5, did you? Would that even work? If so, then thats the problem.
Also, does anyone want this update for 1.2.5? I had done it mostly done before 1.3.1 came out so if anyone is still running 1.2.5 I could do just release it.
A long time from now lol. I have some other projects that I want to start working on again so I'll be putting this one back a little.
I will be updating for the next minor update, though, so don't worry about that. Shouldn't take too long either
no it was on R and it didnt work. I got a fresh 1.3 jar and installed modloader then the mod. It works in my 1.3.1 worlds but not in my 1.2.5 one
Ok i can use it now. I couldnt use it in the nether. you should fix that
Errr... I think that's a ModLoader bug lol. I handle key pressing through ModLoader and I believe ModLoader checks the world before it does that. I'll try get a patch up for it soon. I really hope Risugami fixes these issues soon.
Alright, the patch for ModLoader is up. It will either download with the current version or you can download and install it manually if you already have the latest version of PovertyCraft.
thanks for updates. I do not know whether this is an error or deliberate action, but the water washed away the cocoa nuts disappear, instead of giving the seeds.
(google translate)
It is a small error. Each block has a function which runs when the block detaches from another block, like when the block which cocoa plants are attached to are broken. The usual function is to drop nothing, and I left it like that for cocoa plants and many other blocks. I'm only saying this to point out something important with this mod: it is huge! Sometimes I'll forget things like this.
Thanks for telling me, though, because this will be something that I look at in the next version.
I don't get an error report, but I was happily playing with your mod.. Then I had to log out for a sec. When I logged back on, it was now normal, standard vanilla, without your mod (!)
I have only installed your mod
I installed ModLoader
Then I installed ModLoader fix
Then I installed your mod

Sounds to me like Minecraft updated itself. Check minecraft.jar to see if the META-INF folder is there. If it is, then it probably just updated itself. Either way, the first thing I would do is try reinstalling everything. Then back up the bin folder with the modified minecraft.jar so that you don't have to reinstall everything again, just copy and paste.
Great mod.. apperntly having some issues with it, but when I can get it to run, it seems like a lot of fun.
Though appears to have some incompatibility with some mods that don't have anything to do with anything related to this, not sure why.. But fun so far, if not tedious, and making you change the way you do everything.
would it be at all possible to make a "lite" version of the mod that only has the buy/sell interface and the no crafting change?
the constant "break block, receive no drop" is rather annoying considering the ridiculously high prices on purchases and extremely low sell values
I could, but then you would just craft everything and only get things when needed. You wouldn't be playing PovertyCraft. I designed this mod to be it's own thing. Basically, a true modification of Minecraft into my own concept. If I allow crafting, then it will just be a plug-in and, well, basically it would be TMI 2.0. Also, don't even get me started on the price balancing that I would need to do.
The prices are meant to be high. Just go with it and see if you can find ways to overcome that
When Will a 1.3.2 version of the mod be out? Or is it 1.3.2 Compatible already?
Also, just wondering, no rush. Keep up the great work mate!
It shouldn't be, but I'll get it done in a little while. I just got back from the snow and I have mid-semester tests for uni this week so I'll be pretty busy. If I find some spare time and MCP / ModLoader are ready, I'll do it.
tl;dr version: it can take up to a week - more if MCP / ModLoader aren't updated in that time.

: I have this problem when i open save or create it ? What is this ?
Apparantly you haven't installed ModLoader. Delete minecraft.jar and try again, but make sure you do this for 1.3.1 as I don't know if it works for 1.3.2. Make sure to install ModLoader first. If it does the same thing, show me the error report again and tell me how you installed it and exactly when it crashed.
why so small signitures?

with sprinkles on topAwesome, trying it out!
EDIT: works fine, even with a couple of mods!

I think I know what that is. I will fix it in the update for 1.3.2
EDIT: Ignore that. I apparently dont know how to read. Especially FAQs.
There have also been a few fixes / changes. These are:

PovertyCraft is in beta 1.3.1... Maybe I should change that. How about just 0.3.1? Or maybe beta 3.1? What do you guys think?
