Forge Liquid Dictionary makes them equivalent. To test that theory try to put APS heavy water in a barrel. LR yields to any pre-existing liquid before doing registration.
Cannot confirm. Pulverizing obsidian gives me dust as usual. Do you have GregTech installed? Maybe he decided to interfere with TE too.
Oh nooooooooo, no Greg Tech. Pulverizer worked before, can't figure it out. PfF2's the only change. Hmmmmm........

That reminds me, you deserve this
for the liquid roundup thing. So useful automatically having barrels for new liquids.
Build 18 is posting. This is mostly a bugfix build.
Fixed TE integration in cases where requested energy is higher than the machine can hold. (Specifically, Sulfuric Acid.)
Fixed a crash with mods that do really stupid things in the Liquid Dictionary.
Getting this crash trying to update a 1.4.5 server (that was using PfF1) to 1.4.6 and PfF2.
Tried it with and without Liquid Roundup removal of old tanks set to true.

Any ideas?
EDIT -- After double checking that I had turned purge busted tanks to false, it was still set to true.
Set it to false and it booted up successfully. About to log in and explore areas w/ PfF1 tanks and see what happens.
EDIT 2 -- After disabling "purge busted tanks" and logging in, the client crashes with this following:

I have a rather large server that was running with PfF1 for a very long time. Any chance you have an idea on how to fix the purge busted tanks issue?
I really appreciate your help.
EDIT 3 -- Just to provide as much info as possible, when I turn "purgebustedtanks" to true, the server reports:
[LiquidRoundup] : Found a broken liquid!
And then immediately crashes with the first error log I posted above. I'm assuming there's a chunk loaded PfF1 liquid somewhere on the map.
Perhaps I missed something, but I believe you needed to destroy all pff1 things in your current world. As in EVERY pff1 thing, from EVERY chunk. But it's possible I'm incorrect.
Notes: This is not even remotely compatible with PfF 1 stuff. If you want to use PfF2 on a world where PfF1 was installed you need to get rid of ALL PfF1 items and liquids.
I've discussed this with denoflions before, and he added a function in PfF2 to purge any PfF1 tanks automatically as the chunks are loaded. This was a requested due to it being impossible to find every PfF1 tank on a large server.
Obviously that function isn't working correctly, so that's why I'm reporting it.

Any idea what sort of tank is causing it? Be as specific about the layout of the area as possible. The more info you can give the more accurate I can make the purge.

Well, before we made the move, I set up a railcraft iron tank, Thermal Expansion portable tank, Buildcraft tank, biogas engine, and a chest w/ different PfF1 liquids and different liquid containers (bottles, cells, etc.). I set all these up in one area as a test so I would know if the purge worked correctly, as my players will be using all those items spread across the map.
So, unfortunately, it's challenging to know which tank is causing the crash.
I guess I will set up a 1.4.5 test world and try one tank at a time and see if there's one that gives problems, or if all of them give problems. I'll try and get that done today.
Iron Tanks (railcraft) - Converted/Emptied fine, but no message about "Liquid Roundup found busted tanks". Tried it with pumpkin juice and radioactive waste. They just loaded up empty without any notice in the logs.
Thermal Expansion Portable Tanks - Placed them right beside the Railcraft Iron tanks, filled them w/ radioactive waste and apple juice. Server came up fine, and runs fine. Small issue in that they show as empty, but have white liquid inside and you can't use them any more. Clearly a very small issue that's of no concern. At least it still runs.
Alright, the error starts when Buildcraft Tanks are attempted to be converted.
With Iron Tanks and Portable Tanks, nothing is posted about "converting them", they just convert fine.
Once BC tanks are added, I get this error when starting 1.4.6. First, the server logs:
[STDOUT] [LiquidRoundup]: Found a broken liquid!
And then crashes with this:

Good work! I'll track down that error for the next build. Very specific, super helpful.
So Sengir posted the Forestry beta link, containing the new tree stuff and whatnot,
Does this beta include the biogas engine and squeezer fixes that you made?
Yes it does. I just checked.
Edit: Found another liquid bug in Forestry. If you're using the squeezer to make my liquids don't take the liquid straight out of the machine with a container unless you really like Mushroom Soup. Pump it out with a Pipe/Liquiduct and put it in a container another way.

Thanks. I've got the 1.4.5/1.4.6 test environment set up and easy to use, so if there's anything else that needs testing, please let me know. I'll attempt to leave PfF1 liquids in engines tonight and see if they convert correctly.
Is there any chance you could enable the (non filled) wooden buckets to stack like vanilla iron buckets? Or is the non-stacking of wooden buckets more of a balance tweak?

That reminds me, you deserve this
The current one? 1.6.4.2.
Sort of. You can exchange it for Apple Juice at a 1 to 1 rate with the Carpenter and drink those.

Forestry problem. Pretty much anything to do with a Forestry machine is broken until the next major Forestry release. Use the BC refinery instead.
Thanks a lot denoflions!
