When I try to install QuinOptions, When I open up Minecraft, it's a blackscreen. I think it's because I have Modloader and Forge installed. Do they interfere with each other? If not and I'm just and idiot, can you give me step - by - step instructions?

3D Items causes a lot of bugs and seems to miss align all textures. Buildcraft pipes are invisible when they're in your inventory but work when you place them down. ComputerCraft's turtles all appear as the two letters "he". Items in Buildcraft Pipes don't line up correctly. Items in IronChests spin at a million miles per hour.
Also if you have Quin's Options installed but no mod is using it it will cause your Minecraft to crash on load.
I can't seem to get this to work.
When I install 3D items (+ QuinOptions) with my other mods, It crashes Minecraft at startup.
(Tested adding and removing 3D Items from coremods folder)

Yea, got a bit of a problem here. I run my minecraft wth magiclauncher since i find it easier to use mods.
But when i put 3d items in my /mods file in my minecraft file, the status for the mod on magiclauncher is = No mods found. wich i thought probably a bug. Well it isnt, when i run my minecraft i do not have the features of the mod even though i did install it properly. (have also tried running with normal minecraftlauncher, also didnt work) i hope anyone can help me with this.

They don't go in the coremods folder, they go in the mods folder.

I assume you mean the sides of items are messed up. This is because you are not using Optifine or MCPatcher.

Awesome mod! Loved it since I started using it in 1.2.5.
But now I'm having some issues:
Disabling 3D items and Quinoptions makes everything look normal. Adding them messes up the textures in a few mods. In the screenshots are Buildcraft and Computercraft.
I don't have optifine. Currently using forge 6.0.1.350
