You should make slings better since the current
Ones are weird and also slings were powerful
weapons. You should make crossbows not
require draw back time and also light and
heavy repeaters.
it's called a bugfix... I tried and it just made them worse.
What do you mean no drawback time- crossbow or not their still stringed weapons
Ah right the download- The current version was kind of... broken. was simpler to just get rid of it. I probably should put up an older version or something... I'm not working on this mod right now so fixing it is a problem.
An older version, yea, could you? Rather than making this mod impossible to acquire.
Hm, what a shame. Would it be too much to ask if you can try to get a stable version for 1.6 going so it can hopefully be added (or can manually be added) back to the fellowship modpack which is what my modded skyblock expansion edition (have a vanilla one as well) can work again, because minefantasy played a big role in it
My blast furnace is working, It's heating up and everything but when I put flux, coal, and iron ore into the input slot, nothing happens. the progress bar doesn't move at all. What am I doing wrong...

It's mostly related to cleaning up if anything- Id imagine a devoted day or two would clear it out, just not a thing id have the devotion to anymore.

Could I please have a copy of the B1.0 one before it was taken off or an older version? I really need it for my private pack.I have always really loved your mod.If I cant I may have to use that *cough* TerraFirmaCraft Mod *cough*
I have managed to get my hands on a copy of B1.0, and everything seems to be working correctly so far.
So, I have four questions:
1. What exactly is meant to be broken?
2. Where are all the recipes stored?
3. How would I go about editing or adding new recipes? I'm currently trying to make weapons from Balkon's weapon mod craftable on the anvil.
4. What would I need to do to get mod armours such as Thaumcraft's robes registered as light armour so as to remove the speed debuff?
1: A whole bunch of small-ish things, mainly complications under certain conditions
2: there's a PDF file and a folder inside the .jar
3: Well There's an API, but youd need to make an expansion yourself, i've heard somewhere about recipe tweak mods having some sort of compatibility planned.
4: There's a list in config where you add the itemIDs.
Okay, I'm really loving this mod. Can someone email me a copy of this mod's 1.6.4 beta 1.0 version? I'd love to try it out, and maybe even help update it to 1.7.2 later on.

I just took the Minecraft Noob test! Check out what I scored. Think you can beat me?!

I'm surprised it was pulled completely despite a few serious bugs, but it can be still found in various mod packs -- if all permissions were removed I'm unaware of it.
Aw man so this mod is "dead" at the moment? But it's... so... good... I remember I played with it in the 1.5.2 days. Then when it got a beta for 1.6.4 my MC life was renewed. The bloomery? The Sewing machine? The weapon crafting on the anvil? Gui-less blocks that can still be Gui-ed? Freakin weapon racks (okay yeah Bibliocraft has it too but having another "style" of a block to hold weapons/items is awesome) and tanning racks? To even the awesome firepit that can cook any type of cookable meat... This mod had it all without one needing to add 20,000 other mods to just to have those functions. And the best part is how compatible it is (or can be) alongside other mods.
I also really wish to see a stable version to in the future, since it has become one of my favorites in aesthetic but also functional mods for 1.6.4. But I'm guessing that wish a dud too.
May the Forge force be with you and hopefully you'll find the motivation to keep this great mod alive, one day. Thanks for it and I will still play with the 1.6.4 beta, even with the small bugs.

the heat gauge needs to be full before functioning, give it time.
Ok, cool, but as for point 2, I was after the location of the recipes in the code. Looked around in the jar and found a lot of classes operating with recipes, but not one example of the stored recipe format.

I'm greatly in agreement with all of this, and, I'm actually very surprised that it seems to have such a low profile. Though, I imagine being semi abandoned with no proper download doesn't help.
Eh it was low profile before that happened. Hence the fact it fell to this level. I'm sort of chipping in on a 7 remake.. but it's not really going anywhere...
The jar itself inside has the "recipes" folder and the pdf(versison mc1.6+)

Is that actually how the recipes are used by the code? Surely it doesn't interpret them from PNGs.

Is the structure constructed correctly?

remember to have bricks under your first layer (the one with the lava in the middle), and nothing but chimneys above the top layer.
Hope this helps.

The structure is definitely right, it heats up and works.... but for some reason when I put iron, flux, and coal in, it does nothing...

I got it from here: http://www.5minecraf...inefantasy-mod/

Yea, that's what I was looking for, the location of the coded recipes.
Well, that's going to make any attempt at a recipe bridge addon somewhat harder, unless theres a github page or something.
It actually seems like a recipe bridge should've been inbuilt to the mod, given how drastically it changes the crafting system.
