well better than wolves had concrete, and that stuff is awesome. so it might be useful, but if you have to trowel it yourself, it takes away the purpose on having it liquid anyway
'
but i am tempted to remove recipes for things like chiseled sandstone, and have use of a chisel change the blocks. rather than a crafting recipe, it's a matter on clicking blocks to alternate the texture(but that may have problems if you need say: chiseled sandstone in crafting grids and such). but it would be nice to detail yourself.
I could certainly use the mods themselves, however because Minefantasy is such a large mod with very fundamental changes anything that alters a base system is almost certainly not going to be balanced correctly. I haven't personally attempted combining these mods with yours, I am more or less speculating on whether you are interested in any of those systems. I know I personally enjoy all the features that you have already enabled like the armor/movement system and difficulty.
As far as Hunger Overhaul is concerned, yes and no. Yes it reduces satisfaction values of unprepared foods, but it increases the benefit of prepared foods. Your addition of better food prep and cooking was what made me think something like this would fit in the first place.
I'm seeing if hunger overhaul would get some compatibility for MF cooking,
as for the tweak mod, everything fits in, (I haven't really played much on both) but taking out the tweaks armour weight, make torches produce 4 again(since MF uses a lot of coal). and even stack sizing(due to the fact you need to build more). it seems fine
Here's a coupl've ideas you could maybe use -
***More uses for Clay***
After collecting clay, perhaps there should be a way to mould and fire them into pottery and other various decorations? As of now, it's total garbage that just spawns in swamp biomes.
Hm.. Actually... I could actually piece some things together.
It seems that bombs were made from a ceramic shell(typically shrapnel bombs) so a ceramic casing for bombs would be an ideal use for clay
On another note, I've got a new system for armour, each suit has a few extra changes to their stats, making it a bit more flexible when it comes to protection, the armour bar display will be a bit strange, as usual(as it only goes up to 20 halves, and can't have decimals). so it rounds up and some armours have more than 20 (meaning the bar appears full with half a suit). But some suits can have unique stats(chain armours have more projectile protection, stealth armour resists fall damage, etc).

Having HO and Minefantasy cooking compatible would be ideal! As for as Iguana Tweaks I can test some of the different configurations for both SSP and SMP, than post a config back here for Minefantasy games. Pretty much everything you said sound right, the increased difficulty mining smooth stone seems more player preference dependent.

My brain is spinning trying to read the above posts. Are u removing overcumber and stuff to make it compatible or not? My brain dose not want to function properly today.
no, AP was saying that in order for MineFantasy to be compatible with IT, you would have to disable certain parts of IT because of changes made by MineFantasy

no... still keeping it(as it is highly dependent on keeping the balance) however; there will be a bit more room for expanding protection wise. meaning more materials can make more armour types (eg. right now some metals make chainmail. while others make splintmail bit with the system, a material could make both, and still have a decent difference between them(chain being lighter, but better against projectiles, and splint is better against all forms, but chain still has more projectile resistance)

Well they can. I found something weird happening (it's something to do with either speed buffs, IT hurt debuff, IT terrain movement, or smart moving.. not sure but it causes you to shoot across the ground super fast)

thanks for clearing that up as I said my school work has run my brain to pudding today it feels like im dyslexic but im not
Ok, I know I said I'd make a banner, but when I started to make it, I realized it looked terrible, so I stopped. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the new armor stuffs! When I'm done with terraria 1.2, ima restart my server with whatever the latest minefantasy version is by then
Hello, i recently found and installed MineFantasy I was playing and everything was working. I made a Bronze Bloom but when i put it in my inventory the game closes the internal server and kicks me out. Any help would be appreciated. I am playing on version 1.8.5_dev.

AP has many things planned. The question is if he is working on them or which one he is working on. My guess is Armor system improvements and then tailoring, because they are related
