this line means that it's looking for a file called BaseMod but isn't finding it. BaseMod is added by forge and modloader, which are already in tekkit.
my guess is that you're installing it in the wrong place
I have tried this mod with Tekkit 3.1.2 server. I was able to craft it and place it and as well as open the GUI but it's still buggy and cause a lot of "severe" errors in console when trying to click any "craftable" items in Crafting Table 3.
I wanted to know if the author is still working on it for compatibility with Tekkit 3.1.2 server?

its a IC2 problem I believe, anyway since you are playing on a tekkit server, go look on the bukkit plugins website, it has an plugin that has the same functions as this.
Is there any alternative mods like this where you can just put it in your mod folder? I know of Quick Bench, but I don't like it since it is a Bukkit plugin.
i just installed the NEI patch.
when i want to switch to creative mode with NEI i get this message:

I've been fiddling with the source he provided and writing an update. I've barely begun, but if it gets anywhere I'll keep you guys in the loop. I know java well, but minecraft is an interesting animal.
I've got the crafting/texture/rendering code functioning as far as I can tell, which I believe is the easy stuff. It helped having Sunday afternoon to screw around and read up about it all, as I've not done this before. Next up are actual gui and client/server mechanics. I'll see how much time school allows me to put in. It might take significant or little time depending on how much I actually have to change w/ the forge updates.
In two minds as to whether to keep it CTIII or name it CTIV. Probably only change to IV if features are actually added.

This is just me brainstorming, so disregard it if it sounds too ridiculous, but how about a "Storage Chest III" that shows you the potential uses for items stored inside? So for example, if you have a bunch of sticks but no stone, it would still list a stone pick among all the things that use sticks in their recipes. The reason is because while table alone is great for taking away the difficulty of figuring out the shape of a recipe, if you don't know that stone is needed for a stone pick, it simply can't help you.
That would be a good step toward replacing NEI altogether for those of us who are just using it as a reference for recipes, since we could just check with the chest for which ingredients are needed for the table.
I'll see what I can do. Another idea I was toying with was actually bringing back crafting table II as a book+crafting table that cannot store items (but still lists every eventual crafting possibility, rather than immediate) which can be combined with a chest for crafting table III.
I'm going to focus on actually releasing a working update if it's within my abilities before getting to all this stuff though.

This mod is not for 1.3.2.

It allowed us to use mods that had conflicting recipes!
I don't know about the others but for me that back then was a serious issue and it still is even today!XD
I will be really thankful if you can update it, DevJRoc!
