If possible, could you also provide the "Development Console" log from the launcher that you get when that crash occurs? The crash report by itself isn't telling when mods have been loaded.
Also, try removing (or moving to a temp folder) the "iChunUtil" and "TrailMix" mods that are in your "mods" folder, and see if it runs without crashing then. Let me know if it does, since that means those mods may be causing the issue. In any case, that's a crash I haven't seen before, so thanks for letting me know about it
there is not mention of LB, it looks like Gulliver is being loaded from the mods folder, please read the entire install instructions and try again
No, that's the correct jar filename if it's loading Gulliver Forged as a library, and it's not crashing early enough to be missing JVM-arguments, so it seems like it's been installed correctly. The error itself is very strange; I'm guessing the NPE is due to hasOptifine() being called before GulliverForged has been loaded as a mod, since it indicates that its client proxy doesn't exist yet. I don't know why that would be happening, but hopefully some extra log information will help provide clues.
Hey I need some help with this mod. Whenever I try to "open with" the forge, I only get the option of notepad and rar archive, not Java SE Binary. Please, any suggestions? I am running on windows 8 platform.
Dang i have to wait for 1.6.4 why not just skip to 1.7.2?
1.6.4 does some important world file fixes. A 1.6.2 world will have problems if loaded straight into 1.7.2. Also other reasons, but in any case, 1.6.4 is not the bottleneck here
But still, thanks a bunch for the extra day Now back to (paying) work...
Gettin' mighty down to the wire here. Might could stand to see some a'you folks report these here update spammers 'stead of waitin' on me to do it always (Now back to dialect manga work.)
May I ask why the Gullivers mod is not in a zip folder when you download it? A lot of other mods just give you the zip folder you can just plop right into the mods folder, why not Gullivers? Is it because making a zip folder is harder?

Ah, that's because Gulliver isnt just any old /mods folder mod... it requires more specialized installation. The Forge version for instance comes as an executable JAR file, which makes it superior to a mere ZIP container in that it installs itself.
And just out of curiosity, how come you're asking that question now? If I recall, you're that map maker who wanted super gigantic entities, and you managed to work it out, so you must have been able to install the mod at some point. O_o

Don't worry UM we can handle the reporting for yea

I use a modpack that has been made on the Technic Platform. I know I shouldn't be :3

And the fact that the new 1.6.2 install & run process for Gulliver appears to keep it from working on multiple "why bother getting permission" pack launchers is a delightful unanticipated side effect :3

It's not? Sweet Craften always just added Gulliver without my permission, so if it's not moddable there now then that fills me with glee!

I knew it... why?! I am disappoint. -.-
Though so long as it doesn't work, I guess its a moot point, but its the thought that counts. :<
