Will the mod still have support for other terrain mods like , Bop,plant mega pack, ocean craft etc as well as mo creature support and other mod mobs? Please add more support for other terrain and mob mods, as well as i think the direction of going to make better villages is a good idea. keep up the good work! let me know what you think?
Any ideas for mod compatibility or configuration? With the planitoids worlds I always get mod ores generating in the outer layers of stone planetoids. While I understand it would be difficult to change that, would it be possible to add something like a config file to specify custom planetoids to generate?
[EDIT] also, can you make your generators use the full 256 block height limit?
Fjords.... definitely fjords. Not a lot of them in any of the biome mods and they are dramatic and feed my need for cliffs and oceans next to each other!

Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?
... did I really ask that?
One of the tiny things thats always bothered me about terrain gen is that there are no pure sand dunes in deserts; they're always just outcrops of rock with sand on top of them. Is there any way you could add dunes and hills with no rock in them, just sand?

Great pictures!! Does this new mode support all the normal ore and mod ore generation? Also, I'd like to support the idea of you fixing the village placement. Villages have always bugged me spawning all over the place in weird positions that don't make any sense. Houses half buried in dirt and doors with trees in front of them.
Fixing it so that villages are spawned in a logical manner with semi-leveled roads and sane houses would make me very happy.

I second this motion if possible. Even with the various 'better village' mods out there none seem to address this. Many houses built half into cliffs, or buried in dirt / sand, or even with tree growing right through them.

I have a request for the realistic world gen,but i don't know if it is feasible or not.
I would like to see some direct thaumcraft integration, like realistic looking magical forests
I think it would be hard to code, but would also look great, and of course,be on only when thaumcraft is installed.
One thing i really like is how Zeno added thaumcraft support to Climate Control while making the TC biomes look better, and i would love to see that on Better Default or Realistic Worldgen.
I've been playing a hardcore survival cave world for a bit with a host of mods installed, but I really wish I could disable to custom Nether. With these mods, specifically AE2, a finite nether just doesn't work for me. There's no Gany's Nether crops besides what I'm lucky enough to find in undertakers, and there are hardly any tinkers construct ores, which are rare to encourage exploration. Quartz is finite unless I want to buy a monastic bee from a villager, and I like to only use bees as a last resort if I can't reliably automate the production of a material. I'm not asking to remove the nether, it's neat and all, and the blazes are really easy to fight on open terrain, but a world-specific or config file option would be wonderful and really useful.
I have another idea for a biome, Maybe something like a biome with dead trees (without leaves) and grasseles dirt on the ground, Maybe podzol too. And some dead bushes or so. That Would really great.
PS: when comes better default back and why is it removed. That was my favourite Generator so far.
If I had to guess, I would say that it was removed to make updating to 1.7 easier. It's a generator that vastly edits default biome generation, so updating that to support the like 20 new 1.7 biomes takes a lot of work. I think it will be back when the modder feels it's ready. But this is just an educated guess.

Be sure to have the occasional fjord signed, mkay?

A very fun and moddable open world sandbox. You can find it at the developers' store here.
I've got a surprise for you
Which quickly turn to angst and sorrow knowing we will have to continue to hold out.
