only ExtrabiomesXL... it has no real conflict but more some inconvinience: if you use the config to turn off biomes it will do nothing... you have to set those biomes to ID 0 wich will sometimes crash with mo'creatures
and i dont use beta generator but i think its the original... so no jungles etc. not even emerald

Here's the video review for the mod! I used Beta World generator and in one part I went to the Far Lands and see how features from beta 1.8 and beyond react with the Far Lands. In the final part I made a family of villager in the far lands.
I don't know if I'm confused or what, but which world generator would I use for 1.8 seeds? I've been watching old videos on YouTube and such, and seeds that are marked as 1.8 don't seem to work in any of the generators, unless the spawn point is drastically changed from the videos.
So nobody else is having a problem with their signs using this mod?
Do you use optifine? As far as I know, the sign problem comes from it... at least it did before, and it's doing it on custom maps non related to BWG3/4 for me...
Does the latest version support other mod's NPC Village changes? I need to know if my Forestry villager and my Thaumcraft 3 villager will still spawn along with their houses.
And does the mod keep the ore generation constant, or does it change it, breaking minor unsupported mods?
It says that this mod is compatible with Biospheres, but when I try to create a Biospheres world with this mod installed, it just generates a bunch of square shaped biomes, with no spheres whatsoever. This problem goes away when I uninstall this mod, so it's definitely BWG that's causing it. Anything I can do to fix this problem?

FYI in the upcoming BWG4 there will be a beta-generator that includes the default biomes ... so you can have 1.7.3. generation with jungles etc. I've been playing it already with the latest dev-build for some time.
Has that been working for you? I just loaded up the v0.7.6 build and made 3 new Beta (with Default Biomes) worlds and flew around them in creative mode for hours. I never once saw Jungle or Swamp. It looked more like standard Beta Biomes. The terrain was definitely cool like Beta terrain, but I only ever saw grass lands with sparse trees, deserts, and snowy with pine trees.
I really don't think it was dumb luck... in other modes I have tried, I would have seen many jungles and swamps in the time I spent.

I know it's BWG doing it because I tried taking out everything except for BWG and the sign problem still persisted. I put everything back in and just took out BWG and the problem went away.
Also, why is there no information at all on the biomes this mod adds? I just want to know which biomes this mod adds along with their IDs. There's not even a config file that generates with this mod, so I can't look it up that way.
This mod looks pretty cool... But I wont be able (More like willing) to use it because the only downloads are the absolute latest I use a forge mod setup and it takes hours to get everything working together again, forge updates so often i practically wouldnt get to play if I updated my minecraft in tandem with it.. Is there any chance you could maybe post links for a few of the older versions? or tell me where I could find them if maybe I didnt look hard enough?

Thanks! The newer dev version only generates plains. Is it supposed to? I found a jungle next to a desert in full version. I think you should smooth biome transitions more, and make bushes and flowers not gen in snow biomes. Cave world and sky world are awesome!
Alo Bro. Nau I 'ave a queschen. Ive been using generator ports to use beta terrain. kan i use ur mod to update it to 1.4.7 (its kurently 1.3.2). ((((((can I use old worlds?)))))).

It still makes the Default and Large Biomes worlds better. They're not so ugly, and the enhanced villages are awesome.

The only biome I see is "survival skyland." The only passive mob I've seen on the whole map is a squid.
