How would I make my server generate a sky dimension? Is there something you type into the level-type in the server properties that generates certain worlds? I saw the seed list in your first post but is there a way to just make it have a random sky dimension seed?

Change the level-type in your server.properties file to "Sky Dimension"
Just a Question: What happend to the "Cold hill border" (can't remember the name), but it was cool so you're adding this after or not? [sorry about my bad english i'm from SouthAmerica]
I'm having some problems loading the Nether and End dimensions. Anytime I enter a portal to one of these dimensions, the world generated is just the overworld. For instance, if I try to enter a portal to the nether in the default world type, the world generated looks like this:
I'm not sure what's causing it. I first found it in the 'cave dimension' world type so I thought it may be restricted to that, but it's the same in all the other world types (The image is from default). I've disabled all my mods except Better World Generation and Mod Loader and my .jar is clean. I'm also using Magic Launcher, though. I'm wondering if that's the problem?
Also, completely unrelated to my aforementioned problem, I was wondering if you could make the ocean floor sand. It's all dirt, at least on my client.

My problem was i could not figure out how to get the .jar file to open in javaw, i obviously missed some instructions on the minecraft.net page.
Anyways, i have it up and running, thank you again.
Forge for minecraft 1.4.5 is not released yet, so i can´t update it.
Yeah, I did notice that-I personally don't need any older versions but I think it's courteous to include them.
