Microblock Request: Allow cutting up 43:8. Better yet, add a configurable whitelist/blacklist of blocks.
43:8 is the "full slab" block that has the stone slab's top texture on all six sides. Normally it can only be spawned in, but some mods, like Factorization, allow crafting of this block.
Loving the interaction with buildcraft pipes, and I know I'll get a lot of use out of putting these on wires when IC3 comes out. Thanks so much for bringing microblocks to 1.5.2.
(edit: made it more obvious my request is for Immibis' Microblocks mod)
There seems to be a bug in perPlayer for the dimensional anchor. You can reproduce this client side crash by first setting "S:chunkloader.quotaType=perplayer" in the config/immibis.cfg
The default chunks per player is 9. So as a non-op go around and place 9 dimensional anchors down that keep 1 chunk loaded. Then put down a 10th dimensional anchor and open up the GUI (BAM, you crash).
If going beyond the limit doesn't float your boat. Keep your 9 dimensional anchors down so you are within the limit. Now restart the server. When the server restarts some dimensional anchors will have turned off. Open up the GUI for an anchor that has turned off (BAM, your client crashes again).
This is vanilla Tekkit Lite 0.6.5. The only thing I modify is the immibis.cfg. Was wondering if others experience this too. And is there a way to fix this (at least so that when I am at 9 anchors they don't randomly turn off on server restarts).
I really love you micro blocks mod, I'm glad someone finally had the guts to show Eloraam that she is not holding some sort of monopoly on Micro Blocks. But I would really like see you add some sort of redstone wire to your micro blocks mod. It does not have to be fancy with insulation colors or bundle cable just simple red wire that can be placed anywhere from floor to ceiling. This just makes redstone circuits easier. Also I know this is not as close to micro blocks as the wire request but I would also like to see a developer make some basic analog logic gates that can rival RP2. Thanks again for your mods and I love your open source policy. I'm also a java developer and wish more developers had that same attitude to source code especially since I'm the same way.
I was sneakily updating mods to SRG names whenever I had another update to do at the same time, but I guess that doesn't really work. The crash might be caused by Immibis Core using SRG names and Dimensional Anchors not.
That's the only thing I can think of, since Immibis Core 55.1.2 was an extremely minor change apart from that.
Dimensional Anchors 55.0.1:
Now uses SRG names.
[* Removed unnecessary and confusing "chunkloader.quotaType" option.
"chunkloader.perplayer.maxChunksPerPlayer" option renamed to just "chunkloader.maxChunksPerPlayer", configs should auto-update.
... I would really like see you add some sort of redstone wire to your micro blocks mod ... I would also like to see a developer make some basic analog logic gates that can rival RP2.
Chiori, you might want to check out the latest update of Minefactory Reloaded, it's got redstone wires and circuits that work a lot like redpower's, and it's compatable with Immibis' Microblocks.
Just wanted to say that I'm really looking forward to when you'll be able to get your Microblocks working with RP2 decorative blocks (basalt, marble, etc) and also Railcraft blocks (concrete, infernal brick, etc) as well.
I have a bad habit of using decorative mod blocks extensively when I build my bases, but I'd still love to be able to use covers on liquiducts and AE cable.
Missing textures: I've never seen that. Are you using a texture pack or any mod that changes rendering?
Missing recipes: Which recipes were missing? If it comes alphabetically before RedPower or BuildCraft, it won't think they're installed when it adds the recipes.
Block ID conflict: That's odd, because if you didn't have a conflict in 1.0.0 you shouldn't in 1.0.2 either. It might be a bug with auto-assign... if that keeps being a problem, I'll turn it off by default.
you should add microblocks into the creative inventory it would help building a lot
Don't know if it's a bug on your side or not, but I'll report it anyway:
Thaumcraft warded blocks, act like this:
Can't be destroyed/blown up.
Only the player that placed them can remove them, and is with a wand.
have 16 different colors.
What happens when you make them microblocks:
they are called ''unknown'' + the type, for example ''unknown slab''
can't break by hand/tool, but can be blown up
can't be removed by wand
if you make a microblock out of one of the 16 colors its always white
It is possible to fix it?
oh, and another small bug: ice is not transparent when in microblock form.
You can create microblocks from other mods block. For instance, I cover all my conductives with blood stained brick covers... Just go to immibis-microblocks.cfg in confing folder and change "autoDetectCuttableBlocks: false" to "autoDetectCuttableBlocks: true".
Using the autoDetect function works for a lot of mod blocks, this is true, but unfortunately not all of them just yet. I also even tried to manually add the blocks I mentioned to the config. After loading the game the config file successfully recognizes the block that I'm wanting to cut (it adds a label next to the ID saying Marble, Basalt, etc), but when I put one under the saw nothing happens. The output window remains blank.
If you manage to successfully cut either marble, basalt, or concrete though I'd love to hear about it.

Not easily fixed without adding special support for Thaumcraft, although it would be cool to have warded microblocks.
If finding a destination for an item takes more than 100k steps (with power disabled) or 1M steps (with power enabled), the machine that tried to move the item will explode.
Teleposers which pull from a chest and have a filter set will correctly not pull items that don't match the filter.
Added option to invert the filter (so it will only take items that are not in the filter).
Added shading to different sides of conduits, like most blocks have.
This is an example of a setup affected by the first update:
The bottom teleposer will explode when an item is placed in the chest, as the system tries to send the item down every possible path. There are 40320 possible paths in this setup (when all the teleposers have their input towards the bottom of the picture, output towards the top, and no labels or filters).
A "step" is counted each time the item tries to go through a teleposer. Efficient setups will not take anywhere near 100,000 steps to move an item - this is just server lag protection.
Nothing will be damaged by the explosion, besides the block that's exploding.
I am having an issue with chunk loaders. If I am doing something wrong, please let me know.
First: I never get anything in the chunk loader debugging files --
logging {
# Name of a file to keep updated with a list of all active chunk loaders. Blank for none.
S:chunkloader.listFileName=ActiveLoaders.txt
# Name of a file to log creation, deletion and editing of chunk loaders to. Blank for none.
S:chunkloader.logFileName=dimensional-anchors.log
}
Nothing is written to those files.
Second: In an attempt to disable chunk loaders, the config file was changed from
B:chunkloader.useFuel=false
to true. Chunks still loaded on server startup. Was I wrong to expect this to change?
Immibis core 54.0.2
DA 54.0.0
Mystcraft 1.5.1
Forge 664
So, again: Am I crazy for thinking that switching to fuel required will disable existing chunk loaders, because they have no fuel? I'd expect them to turn off, and stay off / not reload within a few seconds of the world starting up. Yet the memory and CPU usage indicates that they are still around and active.
I know where most of them are -- over at a village I was testing spawns and zombies with -- but I can't say for certain that I know all of them.
===
I've come to realize that having chunks loaded for an hour or two for growing a farm is reasonable, but having chunks loaded for days and days ... they gotta unload :-).
(In regard to a mod that gives realistic animal genetics):
Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?
... did I really ask that?

Thaumcraft warded blocks, act like this:
Can't be destroyed/blown up.
Only the player that placed them can remove them, and is with a wand.
have 16 different colors.
What happens when you make them microblocks:
they are called ''unknown'' + the type, for example ''unknown slab''
can't break by hand/tool, but can be blown up
can't be removed by wand
if you make a microblock out of one of the 16 colors its always white
It is possible to fix it?
oh, and another small bug: ice is not transparent when in microblock form.
I back-revved to ImmibisCore 55.1.1 and it works again.
So if you use AdvRepulsion, stay away from the latest core unless you don't use REI.
Thanks for trying to help anyway.
ARS is updated as well.
Immibis Core goes in the mods folder, despite the name.
Not easily fixed without adding special support for Thaumcraft, although it would be cool to have warded microblocks.
That's probably why it's not possible to make ice microblocks by default.
Block ID conflict. Find an unused block ID and change 960 to that in immibis.cfg.
