Tomorrow hopefully, if I don't run into any problems. It will have the beta 1.8.1 generator, a log for easier reporting of bugs, a more solid way to store generator settings and possibly a configuration file.
Hey this is freaking awesome! :biggrin.gif: I love this mod...but you see i have a problem.Im using more creeps and mo creatures but only vanilla mobs are spawning. :sad.gif: Can you see what you can do? Thank you :smile.gif:
seriously, the entire lava ocean on a hell-islands map in indev is coated in a layer of basalt, with giant lava plumes forming above it. it looks pretty cool, until you realize that it's decreasing your FPS to 0 from all the flowing lava. this is one of those times that I wish I could disable their generation. although, I also wish that there was a way to make rubbertrees spawn everywhere instead...

I'm hoping to implement something like this in a later version (making forest stuff appear in 1.7.3 forests, etc.), although I'm not sure if it's possible.
Sweet :biggrin.gif: Thank you so much!
This is how it looks like:
so...many...volcanoes...

and dynamic lights
LOL, HOW DID YOU EVEN GET THIS MOD WORKING?
Gosh, you have so many mods..
If you are using 5.1, do you have any mods that affect shovels or grass?
Pompeii, anyone?
EDIT: and shortly thereafter, I found this:
I think the "volcanoes everywhere" carries over to alpha gen as well.
Thanks! that fixed it.
