First off, I can't believe how much has been added to the mod, especially infinite glow soldiers and the new mounts. Kudos on a fantastic job! Second, now that you've got the (admittedly awesome) nexus up and running, any plans to add an allegiance-switcher-mabob? Bear with me, please! I'm sure you've had dozens of requests for soldiers to be best fwiends with other colors, and I know my suggestion falls somewhat into that vein (and may have been suggested itself, though I didn't see anything in the last several pages)...basically, I'd love to try some setups besides team red and team blue rushing headlong into battle. Perhaps the red oppressors, with their fancy-pants 20-log fortress and tyrant super-soldier king, have oppressed the poor blue, green, and purple. Blue, green, and purple team up to take down red, but once they're well-mixed, they start squabbling amongst themselves. Maybe pumpkins are a cultist group mingling with orange society, and suddenly they pull out blaze rods and start beating citizens to fiery death. Perhaps it could be managed by right-clicking a king (or soldier?) of a certain color with another color's wool (or pumpkin block, melon block, redstone repeater or...uh, something coalish), which would make a little "Red is now allied with Green!" or "Red is now trying to tear out Green's guts!" message flash up in the chatbox (with the understanding that Green now also wants to tear out Red's guts, and isn't standing around being cheerfully eviscerated). Pipe dreams, I know, and it's not something I expect, but I would have never expected the Nexus either. Whether or not you even consider the idea, thanks for all the work you've done on the mod :3
wow this is worse then when 1.3 came out seriously san put the instructions on this post so they'll quit asking its taken up so much space.
No, I put a link there for following reasons:
- I have several mod which are installed the EXACTLY same way
- I can update the instructions and don't have to change several threads to keep the instructions updated
- I actually don't believe this will stop, because 1.3 changed a lot, so did Forge (In a good way). So every user-made fail has hard consequences now.
