I just installed this shader. Normal map is ON and wow..I didn't know bump map existed in this game. Beautiful...but when normal map is ON, colored lines appear in cobblestone and dirt...with normal map OFF, everything is fine, but I loose the amazing bump.
Someone knows a way for me to keep the bump, but get rid of these lines?
FIXED! My profile was set to Custom...medium does it. Best of both world.
For these line bugs, you probably have options that do that in the settings of your graphics card
What i did was setting the parallax occlusion mapping to OFF. Now i can play extreme profile with all the 3D effects, but without the uglyness.
No changes in the 3D bits at all.
------------------------------------------------
Ok! Another something..(s) bothers me. I watched tuts of course, googled and everything, but nothing i edit seems to take effect.
Hand held torch light..I do not want any of this. I do not like this feature, call me weird. I tried setting it to 0.0f...nope. 0.00000001f ?...notachange.
In Optifine, dynamic lights is off...but of course, SEUS has its very own (hidden to me) feature regarding this.
But it didn't seem to take effect. Whatever I edit (note pad ++) seems to revert to whatever it was after i save the file. OR...I just cannot tell it worked!
Next, in my basement..it is way too dark. I know the light level is fine, because i built it before I switch to SEUS shader. Now..I am always tempted to add more torches as it looks like 7 or lower. That's is a bit annoying. Once again, I tried to set brightness higher..but then it is during the day outside, I cannot see a thing..sun in my eyes and all..too bright.

I am having issues with this pack, first off i don't get an options button in the pack select screen. Secondly i have an issue where when it rains everything turns purple and green like the game just decided to drop a gallon of lsd on me. I can only assume that is supposed to be the shine on the blocks from water, please help. I am running Shaders core 2.3.31 for minecraft 1.7.10.
I'm getting strange bugs with stained glass while using these shaders, where it's both very shiny and very dark. Ice is also incredibly reflective and some window blocks from Conquest Reforged take on the same effects as water.
In the attached image are purple stained glass, ice, and one of the windows that I mentioned.
Any help with this would be great, thanks in advance
why i used the shader
My texture seem breaking.
how cani fix it?
Can you test this in different situations as well to see if it still happens?
- Is your graphic card drivers up to date?
- No mods other than Optifine
- The resource pack in other resolutions (yes, even just vanilla, to make sure it's not just the resource pack)

Can someone help me figure out why i don't have an options button for the shaders select screen please, i've tried everything from uninstalling all mods and leaving shaders and optifine, to deleting the config files, still no dice. I've even gone through my Nvidia settings. please help.
[p]I am new to minecraft. Saw all the amazing mods and the win 10 4k hdr super duper graphics mod. I am leaning on the java version for pc because I have a vive and is interested in playing roomscale vr. (Since win 10 only support oculus and doesn't work with revive). However, is there HDR mods for java edition?[/p]
We're so close to the first SEUS Renewed 1.0 release! Yes, there are still minor bugs to fix, but I don't want to delay the release of SEUS Renewed 1.0 any further. Of course, SEUS Renewed will continue to be improved past the first release. If nothing is terribly wrong with this version, then it's straight off to SEUS Renewed 1.0 within the next few days!
Changelog:
Added End shaders
Updated Nether shaders to SEUS Renewed
Optimized rain effects
Optimized parallax occlusion mapping with smarter raymarching
Optimized parallax self-shadows
Fixed visual artifacts with POM self-shadows at grazing angles
General minor optimizations
Improved visual stability of "Aggressive TAA"
Reduced distant shadow artifacts
Reduced brightness of lava, glowstone, fire
Optimized atmospheric scattering
Added option for rain splash bilateral filtering
Implemented colored shadows from stained glass
So does this or will this finally have Mac support? After several years of waiting, I think it'd be nice to finally have support for it, instead of waiting even longer.

hi SEUS author, if you see this post i just wanna said that you should add some extra thing in the next update.
here is what i suggest you should add:
1. The screen lens flare effect when you look at the sun (you know, those rainbow circle effect thingy).
2. Rain drops dripping effect on screen when it rain.
3. Light shafts/ Light rays effect when sun light go through leaves and when cave (you know, like the light go through leaves or when you standing in a dark corner in the cave and look at the light, you can see some sort of light rays reflected by the dusts in the air)
4. I dont think this is necessary but it would be really cool if you add "Heat wave" that blur vision on hot surface like lava, fire, hot stuff...
Hope you wilk reply soon
*I really love your shader by the way, look AMAZING!!! XD *
For some reason with the latest version of minecraft (1.12.2) I am having this weird problem with random blocks where it looks like the texture is water. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Guys how can i modify and add these 3 effect in seus shader?
So for SEUS v.11.0, I've been having this weird bug where the sun shines at night & the sun's lighting doesn't cycle properly?? Old lighting is set to on. If anyone can help me figure this out, I'll buy you cookies!!
When I spawn in a new world for the first time, the lighting is daybreak but it won't like update when the sun rises. I have an Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card if that helps.
thanks xo

The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.
Version 1.0.0, but it's far from finished! Some issues still remain, and a lot of great things are planned for the future. So, what's next? The first thing I'll work on is moving to a proper deferred + forward pipeline for better handling of transparent rendering. This will fix issues with transparent materials and free up the internal data structure a bit, which will likely improve performance.
I've got plans to redesign and integrate volumetric clouds and crepuscular rays, as well as work on better handling of reflections from various materials. I'll also be working on the new frontier of utilizing voxelized scene data for light propagation (improved block lighting, light from any block of any color, etc), as well as experiment with bleeding edge stuff like world-space reflections and, purely for experimentation, path-traced GI (don't hold your breath on that one)!
I'm excited to hear what you guys think! Thanks for all of your support!
Amzing the new version of SEUS Renwed. The most amazing difference for me was underwater. With 1.14 coming up, I think is going to be look amazing.
Diving towards a Monument in the night was stunning. The block ilumination in contrast to the darkness really add another level of fear to the monument, plus the vibrant rays of the guardians.
Overworld is looking better than ever. I would like more vibrant color. I don't know if it's intentional or not, but even at 100% brightness, everything is pitch black if you don't have a source light, which i found logical.
My problem is the Nether. The lava and the glowston is too bright. It doesn't allow to see others part of the nether.,
Performance wise, altough the last time i used SEUS v11 was months ago, I was getting a 50 - 60 fps with a GTX 1060 3G at render distance 12. It was very smooth, the blur effect when moving is perfect. I had massive drops when holding a torch.
I just installed this shader. Normal map is ON and wow..I didn't know bump map existed in this game. Beautiful...but when normal map is ON, colored lines appear in cobblestone and dirt...with normal map OFF, everything is fine, but I loose the amazing bump.

Yo in a future update they should make it so that water caustics are reflected on the walls of caves.

How can I change the night time torchlight and glow stone to regular, it comes out too orange, can't see any other color.

sounds like what happens with some modded blocks in 1.7.10 as well. would turning off connected textures solve this or no?
