Going to go ahead and echo others' comments about other mod Villager compatibility, the Guards being passive, a few other bugs and the Patreon button overlapping with some of the buttons (Mind you, I fully agree with you having the Patreon link in there; the more publicity, the better. I just don't want to be clicking it without meaning to every time I pick my Gender, haha).
Other than that, however, I really like this update. The Crystal Ball is a nice improvement over the standard World generation popup.
Question about the github but i didnt want to post it there since its not a bug lol.
So I know absolutely nothing about modding or coding. On github, when bama posts those lines of code in response to a bug I assume thats the fix. But is that just a way to keep track of the bug fixes for the next update or can i actually copy-paste those into files somewhere to fix it now?? I dont understand github or programming or anything at all, so sorry >.<

Really wanna be able to rename my villagers tho
Unfortunately, without knowing at least a moderate amount about programming Minecraft Mods there's no way to add those fixes into the mod. On top of that, while individual commits usually work at least most of the way, there are often many things that don't work right, and running an unreleased version could eat your saves or end up deleting all the villagers that get loaded in your world, or any number of other things. It's probably better to just wait for the next bugfix release. With that said, WildBamaBoy mentioned a few posts ago that the patch should be out either this weekend or early next week. Plus, there's also only two issues left on the tracker that don't have fixes applied.

dude um the childs just says if the present is good or bad can you fix it so it can say stuff like where did you get this daddy
Looks like the guard AI is completely broken. The guards won't attack monsters whatsoever.
Guard's Ai is fine, that family owed him money.
Any chance that villager from other mods will be compatible in the next update?
Next update will fix trades and not overwrite villagers from other mods (as long as they've been implemented properly).
@ebilly99
What do you mean by owed him money, do we have to pay them to fight? Because i'm also experiencing the same problem with the guards.
how do you cut the diamonds? I am unsure of this and have searched but I cant find it. I smelted the powder and I don't know how to cut them.

I am also having trouble with the guards not wanting to defend their peopme. Q.Q
Known issue, working on it!
Thx for the last part, and one more thing, is there a glitch with the villager beds suffocating them or am I using the beds wrong?
i think that is a bug from minecraft itself you just have to find a way to correctly place the beds or change the villagers spawnpoint
Also is it possible to know a release date for a 5.0 version that doesn´t have deadly bugs, or are you gonna continue to 5.1?
can´t wait :3

I want to add my own skin to the mod. Is there a way to do this by any chance?
There is actually , you'll need to open your MCA jar/rar file with winrar ( or something like that ) go to assets > mca > textures > skins
rename the skin you have to replace one of the skin , like JobM1 or something .
you'll need a closed eye version of the skin for the blinking and sleeping part , do the same but replace the one in the "sleeping" folder
i don't know how you " ADD " them all i know is to REPLACE them XD
( lol i don't know how to posts in forum )
Thanks!
congratz on the front page
