My scroll wheel says thanks in advance!
Edit:
Also, you're using a Forge version that is too high for CodeChickenCore at the moment.
If you look at some earlier posts, there's at least two ways how you can fix the error yourself until a new version comes out.
I'm having a strange issue where only 8 recipes show up when I check the uses for each of the Oak, Jungle, Spruce and Birch Wood Planks. When there should be like 40+ for each.
It does not show me basic recipes like doors, tools, sticks, crafting table, chest...etc etc.
Now oddly enough, when I check the uses for Acacia Wood Planks (added by a mod) it shows all the correct recipes for "wood planks" in general and flashes through each type in the image, as the vanilla wood planks SHOULD. Vanilla planks even show up as one of the types it cycles through in the recipe box. But for some reason when going through Vanilla Planks themselves, it doesn't show any of these recipes.
Place the CodeChickenCore jar file into the coremods folder.
Place the NEI jar file into the coremods folder.
Place any modules' zip files in the mods folder.
I didn't see any of those jar files and its not workin out for me and what are the module zip files?!?!?! please haelp
Try the following - it should fix issues with newer versions of forge.
I don't have the author's permission to post this, but hopefully he won't mind.
Use this at your own risk, I take no responsibility for any issues.
UPDATE: improved the fix. https://www.dropbox....ChickenCore.jar
Simply removes the creation of the 1-bit stencil buffer as Forge now handles creation itself.
Let me know if it works...
PS:
If your world doesn't load (and you use optifine) try resetting video settings. For some reason this worked for me.
Worked perfectly on 1.5.2 with Forge 700. Now I just hope you didn't put any malicious code in there to log my keys or anything. Minecraft mod usage really is all about trust...
There's a bug with the Chickenbones core jar. Technically all the mods are updated, but without a working core they wont function.
Ah! My core has been working fine, so I'll try it with wireless redstone

Yo, mod addict here. Can be a bit verbose and expressive.
On servers with roleplay, I often roleplay a "Selkie Wizard". Expect "the foreign kid" trope being used every so often. Mostly I get bored just playing a human, and the whole fish out of water thing is fun to work with.
Curious what your intentions are in regards to the translocator mod? Do you intend to support it, or .... ?
Specifically, it doesn't work in 1.5.2. Probably due to changes in chickencore.

Dude, don't be "that guy".
Jhend and other nice people are trying to help you out if you would just bother to read a bit before posting.
ChickenBones puts far too much time into giving his excellent work away for free to tolerate such rudeness.
Thanks again Chicken Bones for such an awesome collection of must-have mods, and allowing them to be in mod packs like mine.

Okay guys, what versions do I need for using NEI 1.5.1 my forge and all that is good and all my other mods work but when I put NEI 1.5.2.10 and CCCore 0.8.6 into my core mods folder it just kinda derps on me. Gets to the FML is setting up things and then just starts picking his nose. Any tips?
Help, please! I am playing on Minecraft version 1.4.7 and every part of NEI works, except for one. All of the items on the left side of your inventory, (Settings, Magnet, Rain, Delete, Inventory Saves, etc.) appear but all of the items on the left are gone. I tried changing my GUI but it didn't work. I am playing Divine RPG so that part is very important and I cannot update to 1.5.2 because Divine RPG is not updated to that yet. Please help!
Um mister chicken bones. does this work on forge api? because I like running many mods.
I put it on the coremods folder then forge says "Minecraft Validating" endlessly. help please
People are getting this problem... Me too. It gets stuck at the Minecraft Validating all the time. Re installed... Re downloaded... Re downloaded my forge... Nothing! Tried disabling this mod. Works! So... Can You Fix It?
Why are the "META-INF" Not deleted from the CodeChickencore***.jar and NEI.jar's BEFORE the .jar's are uploaded to the public???
- snip -
Because there's only an empty MANIFEST.MF in there.
Therefore it doesn't stop the game from being able to start.
You only have to remove the META-INF folder from the original Minecraft.jar
But Mods can have META-INF folders, because their contents have nothing to do with Mojang's original files.
Mods can use the folder to e.g. create signatures for their files, etc.
Even Forge has a META-INF folder.
Too many people have problem with the latest version of Forge and codechickencore and nei on 1.5.2, but let see what say the mod creator chicken_bones...

Probably nothing, since he hasn't been on the forum for almost a week. Keep checking the downloads page, though - He likes to release updates there without mentioning anything in this thread.

Minecraft crashes on startup.
